This is a tranquil space with large granite dining table, peninsula bar, cozy seating in the living area and a top of the line Jotul propane fireplace that is a delight when the weather turns cool.There is significant passive solar heating in the home making it a perfect destination for spring and fall when other costal locations have become cold and unwelcoming.Adjacent to the kitchen is a smart concept indoor-outdoor bath with attached outdoor shower that allows easy access to and from the beach. There is a sheltered outdoor shower that opens into a completely contained bathroom with adjacent indoor shower.Beyond Indian Neck just a five minutes drive away is the town of Wareham with anumber of restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops. Fifteen minutes West is the town of Marion with its delightful town center, yacht club and boat basin. A fifteen minute drive East brings one to the Cape Cod Canal and Bourne Bridge where one can access Cape Cod and all that it has to offer.
