Location is great, since house is located in the nicest place of town. But, do not be fooled with "concert hall just over fence", or few hotel-villas in the same street. I belive this is the worst building in teh entire street! And street, in contrast, look fabulos. So, you are located on very nice place, close to everything, almost in elite neigborghood. And thats all! House is obviously some old villa , but not refurbished in old glamour and style , but repaired and clumbsy modernized to use each and every corner . Parking is avaibale, but limited and if you go somewhwere by car, you will probbay lost place. Since, there are only 4 places , for 6 apartements + owner+ 2 shops ! And only alternative is -garage ! Also, beware to avoid studio. It is actualy -basement, with just 1,5 window! And moisture that can not be hidden. when we enter , dehumidifrier runs on full. Also, at least two appartments does not have any outside place. Actually there is some ex-resturant, ex-caffe terras, but there you will met all other guests, since this is only way to other appartments . Appartenments itself are correct, clean , but (our was) with symbolic cooking capabilities ( one pan one pot) single plate cooker . Furniture is cosy, but some furniture is damaged (and not repired) - in the begging of the seson. And one real danger feature. All four of us are 180cm + , but all of us have a lot of trouble to get out from tub. In studio there mios no shower, but some small 100x70 cm seating tub, with full height sides . Geting out is really dangerous ! And, just to be in line with current trend : WIFI is OK, but SAT TV - does not work ! SIM card, PIN code, scanning , scanning ...nothing . So I could't watch UEFA ! In fact, this for TV is become standard on many places. even hotels. Bit, if you owner spent money on TV, it is pitty not to work.
