The hotel is beautiful and has a calm vibe. Everywhere is spotless and classy. Let’s start with the great. We had a room on the third floor. The beds are super comfortable and the suite is spacious with a well stocked mini bar, there is a tv with a personalized welcome card on the screen and there is a nice terrace with soft chairs and a table.The bathroom although smallish is adequate with nice toiletries, bath robes and a rainfall shower. Generally the food is superb with a wide variety of choice. The facilities are very nice. We liked the spa and the jacuzzi. Now the not so great. Generally the quality of the food is good with the exception of not offering pancakes for breakfast although having as an empoyee a chef that makes only omelettes?! The room was kept beautifully however there seemed to be no pattern to cleaning timings. The spa area is gorgeous with lovely beds however they seem to get hosed down in the morning which makes them rather damp to lie on until they dry out. One morning, we came back from breakfast to find a note on our bed that informed us of spa area redecoration that day. It was our last day and we planned to spend the whole day in the spa area. The thing is that just the day before we went to a whole day excursion. If we knew earlier, we would have swiched our plans, but the hotel management decided to upgrade us to a suite with a small sauna. Overall staff and the hotel were lovely and we would definitely consider staying here again.

This was our second visit. This time unfortunately the quality of the hotel was way too far as our first visit. Pro: - location -elegant ambiance -quality of the dinner - spacious room - Nespresso machine in the room Con: - Molton &Brown toiletries are not provided any more as it is in the confirmation of booking and as it is advertized on the website . They replaced them with cheap noname toiletries. - we were not offered welcome drink

Would love to give this a terrific overall review, but I cannot. The rooms, staff and food, as noted by others, are very good. Spa is a treat. Location is wonderful. Unfortunately the place has a huge problem with bugs and mosquitos, which descended on our room when the patio door was opened. We spent the better part of an evening killing bugs in our our room, then moving the bodies away from the bed. I contacted the general manager about this this, he did nothing except say, "this happens some times." That's totally unacceptable for any property let alone one that bills itself as five stars. My problem with management responsiveness is echoed in other guest comments. Ownership and management need to take a course on guest relations and responsiveness if they want this to be the hotel it can be.

Resort is amazing. Perfect adult sanctuary. Staff and amenities were terrific. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Michelin star!!! Shoutout to Jennifer for being sooo helpful and welcoming at the front desk. Food is amazing. Robert was our waiter and was a great experience. Highly recommend this stay. Sad to leave!!!

Really friendly and professional atmosphere. We spent 3 really relaxing nights here with my fiance. The noon restaurant was amazing, the dinner menu gave us a really great ,,gourmet” experience, the tastes was amazing and interesting! We surely will come back here! It’s a new favourite for us in Hungary!😊

My husband and I came here for a few days for my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so excited to have us and so attentive to us. They wanted to be sure we had an amazing stay. They wished me happy birthday numerous times and even went out of their way to provide me a special spa gift experience and a surprise cake and champagne at breakfast. Everyone who works at LUA wants you to have a good stay. They provided recommendations on where to go (we took a trip to Tihany), call taxis, provide maps, etc. The spa at the resort is also amazing. The Beach area was not open yet as it was too early in the season, but the whole spa was open. We used the pool (indoor and outdoor), the hot tub, and lounged outside when the sun was out. I also purchased a 50 min full body massage and it was by far one of the best massages I have gotten in my life. The rooms are also wonderful. Very comfortable and nice views of the marina. NOON is their restaurant where we ate the entire time. We had half board so breakfast and dinner was included. The breakfast had a full buffet and something for everyone. And for dinner, even after eating there for three nights, we never got bored of the menu. I highly recommend staying here for a weekend or few days. It is a hidden gem.

The hotel is in a prime location with rooms that are elegantly decorated. It is equipped with a luxurious spa. The hotel is well designed with an elevator for people going to the spa so they won’t encounter fully dressed guests in the elevator embarrassingly. Every staff I’ve come across at the hotel was amiable and friendly. Sadly, we only stayed for one night. This is a great place for holidays. If I do come back to Hungary, I will stay here for a week next time 酒店地理位置优越，客房装饰典雅。它配备了一个豪华的水疗中心。酒店设计精良，为去水疗中心的人提供电梯，这样他们就不会在电梯里尴尬地遇到穿戴整齐的客人。我在酒店遇到的每个员工都很和蔼可亲，也很友好。可悲的是，我们只住了一晚。这是一个度假的好地方。如果我真的回到匈牙利，下次我会在这里呆一周

We had the chance to stay in the first week of 2023 in this newly opened 5 star resort in Balatonfured. It´s the off season, outside of the resort mostly everything is closed. No problem the resort offers everything what is needed for a great stay. The Breakfirst is great, the Spa new and spacious, the rooms perfect. The staff of the hotel is friendly and is trained to help the guests to feel at home. If the client´s have suggestions or questions the management takes care. A place to come back.

The hotel itself is nice, however 5 stars it is not. It is a quiet place at night with a good sleep – 1 star. The kitchen is supposed to be based on Michelin chef´s set menu, however execution was not a Michelin grade, far from it – 1/2 star. Hotel itself is well designed, outfitted with modern furniture, rooms are modern and clean, but carpeted – ½ star. Staff is caring, however there is not enough staff, always need to call out to get an attention– 1/2star. Hotel has free parking, and surrounding is well maintained, even though there was a building site next to it, which was annoying – still 1 star. Hotel has its own spa – indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, tot tub, outside resting deck + a sunbathing deck at the marina on Balaton lake – 1/2 star, would give 1 star but the gym was ridicule ☹. All up, 4 stars hotel, could be 5 if only they do something with their dining competency – menu as well as food execution.
