I visited with my familt nice ambiance rooms are very good food quality execellent and most of all staff is very coopretive espacially Mr Muneed operation manager hospitality is very good. You made our stay memorable. A best place to live with family !!!!!!

Great customer service, very friendly, in particular Muneeb done a great job, great hospitality, arriving to it just as we saw it as we checked in, room service was up to standard and leisure + entertainment services were also held to a high standard. Can't complain! The best part is Roof Top restaurant & Complimentary Breafast Buffet with various variety.

Very nice hostess of this place gave us a shelter at night when the road was blocked. Big clean rooms, fresh sheets and hot water - what else the tired trackers would need. Thank you, guys, for your hospitality!

Our stay was excellent and very comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Nadar sb and Aneel and Abdullah go out of their way to help the hotel guests. Owner of the hotel is very kind person and they do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Me and my family, we cannot praise enough. Food was excellent. We had best trout and best BBQ. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks you all whose names are not mentioned. This place is really worth staying for the experience and they will spoil you.

We had a great experience staying with family at Jumeirah Gold. The staff was very welcoming and friendly particularly, front desk manager and general manager. The executive suite provided to us had a lively view of the Naran city as well as the beautiful snow covered mountains peaks. Fortunately, there was no typical smell either in the room or in the corridors. The room and the bathroom was clean with 24 hours hot water, though toiletries, drinking water provided in the room and mini bar need improvements. A well decorated roof top restaurant with stunning views gives dining a special feel. On top of all the hotel management also surprised us with a complimentary birthday celebration for my daughter with a properly organised place setup. We are happy that we chose to stay in this hotel and will definitely come back again.

Jumeriah gold is perfect to stay in naran valley. We stayed 3 days .all the facilities are 4 star. Specially the staff is friendly and ready to serve you 24/7. Mr ANIL the manager of the hotel gave us best services. My rating is 100/100. Hospitality 10/10 Room service 10/10 Food 10/10 Staff 10/10. Jumeriah hotel is the only hotel to make you feel special. Fully recommended
