Decided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

Unexpectedly, I also experienced service at the Baku International Travel Service Sheraton Hotel in Azerbaijan that is not inferior to Japan’s. Besides, the restaurant is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and the dishes are often changed. Every chef works conscientiously. They not only cook the dishes, but also pay attention to everything about the guests. When picking up the dishes, if you are not careful, the tongs will touch. Looking at the lighting above the dishes, the two chefs immediately adjusted the lights above the dishes. Among the breads, the croissant pie type is most recommended. It is freshly baked, crispy and very delicious. Of course, whole wheat and nut breads are also good. Mr. Murad from the restaurant also greeted us in Chinese, often came over to see what we needed, and then brought us hot coffee or tea. They are always paying attention to their guests and you can really feel their warm service. Regarding towels, mineral water, slippers, etc., call the front desk, and the handsome guy from the room service will bring them immediately, very fast. I stayed at the Baku International Travel Agency Sheraton Hotel for eight nights. It is like this every time. It is very good. Great hotel, great location, spacious room. There are a couple of points: the view of the residence is a view into the wall of the building, breakfast is from 9 to 11 and at 10:59 everything is already cleaned, this is the first time I’ve seen this

The hotel is in a good location. It takes about half an hour by taxi from the airport at night. It is right in the ancient city. I woke up the next day and started shopping in the ancient city. The room is a little tight for two people with two suitcases, but it is enough. It is clean and tidy. The building is probably built in the 1980s, so it has a bit of antique style from the outside to the inside. The breakfast is unexpectedly good, with meat/eggs/hot and cold drinks/fruits/noodles, and even porridge. It is very rich for an ordinary daily breakfast.

The experience staying at Promenade Baku was great. The executive room was very spacious. International Breakfast was served with fruits n nuts. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect.

Rooms were very clean and big. But quite disappointed at the same time as the wifi signal was very poor in our room and nobody took efforts to better it although we stayed there for 6 nights and last 2 days there was some issues with bathroom pipeline and the bathroom was stinking too much

The Merchant Hotel is a new luxury hotel in the heart of the old town, right on a pedestrian street lined with cafes and restaurants. We had a luxurious room with a balcony and a view of the local Arbat. We had a delicious morning breakfast. The hotel employs beautiful, smiling people who treat Russians well and always meet any request of the guest.

Found it to be a 1 star hotel on Google Maps. The location is great. But the carpet is old. Sound insulation is not good. Stayed for two nights. Don't stay on the 2nd floor, music is played downstairs at night. It won't stop until 11 o'clock. The breakfast lady was very nice. On the first day, I arrived early, and the guy at the front desk asked me if I had paid to check in early. I just kept my luggage and came to check in in the afternoon. There are many hotels nearby. This place is overall OK. The advantage is that there is a lot of space. Don’t expect too much for the price of around 200 yuan.

Amazing stay , excellent service from the reception above above excellence ! ,The location is perfect everything is a walk a way ! Perfect hotel .. the only issue is the housekeeping they dont clean they only arrange .. I faced issue with the toilet and noticed that its wasnt cleaned at all! Even the room tissue box was empty they didnt fill it they didnt notice because they dont clean even when I requested tissue box it was kept a side not in the tissue box container .. However, receptionist are always eager to help and assist they even offer the cleaning service mid night just to help ! A perfect hotel they only need to work on elevating the housekeepers Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel
