Hotel Hot Springs Baku

I enjoyed a comfortable 5-night stay at this hotel with my family. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and hospitable especially (Mr. Orkhan and Mr. Yunis), contributing to a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of options. Highly recommended!

The Hilton hotel is situated in a great place which is close to every location. The service is great and the people at the front desk are kind and helpful

Decided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

I stayed here only for a night but it was one of the best stay in hotel I ever had. The room is so spacious, minimally decorated with modern design and clean. The bath tub is really big and can fit 2 person. All the staff I encountered were very nice and promptly answered my questions. The price is definitely high but its worth it

Great hotel, great location, spacious room. There are a couple of points: the view of the residence is a view into the wall of the building, breakfast is from 9 to 11 and at 10:59 everything is already cleaned, this is the first time I’ve seen this

Disappointed in all honesty. The room itself was as expected, nice design and very spacious. Housecleaning was below par as there was still rubbish on the floor after I had returned in the evening, 2 nights in a row. Had to wait a few minutes for the shower to get warm. No toothbrushes in the bathroom. Miscommunication between staff about payment which resulted in a very unnecessary late night phone call from the front desk. Further miscommunication about parcel delivery. One day it was brought straight to the room, the next day it was against hotel policy. Asked for help with luggage for check out, never came. Very far from the ritz experience.

The location is very good. I heard it is a very old hotel. I was inexplicably upgraded to a room that was super big. The gym can also meet my daily needs. The breakfast is perfect. The service is very good. They even sent coffee to me!

After I checked in that day, I found that the room was different from the room type I had booked, so I reported it to the front desk. As a result, a large tour group had just checked in that day and no room was available. Mr. Samad at the front desk and Elvira, the blonde manager, actively helped us solve the problem and thoughtfully gave us snacks, fruits, etc., and also attached a handwritten note. of cards. Moreover, the manager Elvira often went to the restaurant to check the dishes. When he saw us dining, he immediately came over to ask if there were any problems and how we were resting. I have been in Japan for more than 20 years and have worked for Japanese airlines. I think that Japan’s service is world-class. Unexpectedly, I also experienced service at the Baku International Travel Service Sheraton Hotel in Azerbaijan that is not inferior to Japan’s. Besides, the restaurant is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and the dishes are often changed. Every chef works conscientiously. They not only cook the dishes, but also pay attention to everything about the guests. When picking up the dishes, if you are not careful, the tongs will touch. Looking at the lighting above the dishes, the two chefs immediately adjusted the lights above the dishes. Among the breads, the croissant pie type is most recommended. It is freshly baked, crispy and very delicious. Of course, whole wheat and nut breads are also good. Mr. Murad from the restaurant also greeted us in Chinese, often came over to see what we needed, and then brought us hot coffee or tea. They are always paying attention to their guests and you can really feel their warm service. Regarding towels, mineral water, slippers, etc., call the front desk, and the handsome guy from the room service will bring them immediately, very fast. I stayed at the Baku International Travel Agency Sheraton Hotel for eight nights. It is like this every time. It is very good. I have returned home after my trip to Baku, Azerbaijan, and I would like to sincerely thank all the hotel staff, headed by the beautiful manager Elvira, for giving me many good experiences and new feelings during my trip. Amazing stay , excellent service from the reception above above excellence ! ,The location is perfect everything is a walk a way ! Perfect hotel .. the only issue is the housekeeping they dont clean they only arrange .. I faced issue with the toilet and noticed that its wasnt cleaned at all! Even the room tissue box was empty they didnt fill it they didnt notice because they dont clean even when I requested tissue box it was kept a side not in the tissue box container .. However, receptionist are always eager to help and assist they even offer the cleaning service mid night just to help ! A perfect hotel they only need to work on elevating the housekeepers Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel

Stayed here for little over 2 weeks. Didn't enjoy the breakfast in the hotel, just not to my personal taste. The gym is much tiny than the photos shown, very limited equipments and not well maintained, ie. The cycling machine is faulty. Used the room service couple of times, the food was not reasonably priced for the quality. Daily housekeeping not consistent, I can tell the cleaner just empty the bin and changed the towels. However, I didn't see shower and basin area getting cleaned up during my over 2 weeks stay, as it gets dusty. Towels provided had marks on it sometimes. Overall, I think my experience here is subpar, personally, will not stay here next time.
