Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Facilities were dated and old, shower had to be repaired for hot shower, but service was prompt and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and the owner is very respectful person ,but the breakfast is beyond expectations 0/10 very poor No elevator the hotel need to be upgraded and the price is expensive in comparison to the facilities there

Unexpectedly nice place with resort potential. Though it still needs a lot upgraded to reach that level, the heart is there. Loved the large pool and jacuzzi and the balconies overlooking the huge inner courtyard.

They charged me $17.00 to check in early, I was awoken this morning at 1:30 AM by some noisy people in the lobby. Went to take a shower but NO HOT WATER!!! What kind of hotel doesn't have hot water??

First room had broken door latch. Had to wait about 30 min to get a different room. Second room had one trash can. Tiny bit of toilet tissue. No phone. It was also upstairs and I requested first level disabled person room. It had one hand towel and one washcloth. They also gouged me on deposit. They asked for $200.

Poor customer service and unresponsive to patron needs. Unable to communicate with staff, no one picks up the phone. Was unable to spend the night but they gladly took my money.

Reservation was for a King Superior non-smoking room. Got a room with two double beds. Door to the parking lot was propped open and entry way lined with upholstered chairs. Interior hallways smelled of solvent or oil based paint. Handrails not installed on both sides of the stairs between floors.
The parking was inside a gated controlled access area. Parking area is not very well laid out and very irregular shaped due to the building layout.
Shower was warm for entire shower. Water warmed up a little by the end of my shower.
