Very beautiful hotel and lovely staff . Huge thank you to adil he is very helpful and welcoming. I accidently booked the wrong room and he fixed my issue by moving me to the correct room . Highly recommend this hotel to everyone around the world.

My experience here was delightful, every single staff member that I met was so helpful and friendly. I indulged in so many activities, so fun. I had such a great steak meal in Revolution, the staff named saleh, ismail, siddik, tanek were good.

It has been an amazing journey.. and the staffs are well mannered and well behaved especially Adil Hasan Bhai the Receptionist. This is my Fourth visit and I'll visit more.. because the Environment is so weather friendly that you will visit The Palace Resort more and more.

We went with our family and hosted a surprise birthday for my husband seamlessly. The team at the restaurant made it a breeze, not to mention the steak we ordered was very good. Mr Saleh, Ismail, Tarek, Siddik and Samiron Chef from the Revolution Restaurant were exceptionally welcoming and warm. Cannot wait to be back again.

Nostalgia is the best to have some seafood baised food. They serve Ribs which is so delicious. Liton, Shanto, Murad, Arif and Monju they are good. Can enjoy the lake view just before sunset, it will make you fresh with a cup of black tea. We love the entire resort to roaming around. Wish them all the best.

All are topnotch.Execpt the food,Specially the buffet lunch & dinner in Olive restaurent are not worthy of price.The other two restaurent "Nostalgia" & "Revolutions" are worst.Breakfast is ok.Apart from these we had a wonderful experience.

i recently stayed at Luxury Resort Bahubal for two nights in villas 714 and 715 with a total of 9 guests. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During my stay, I found cockroaches in the left-side bedroom of villa 714. I recorded videos as evidence and immediately sent them via WhatsApp to the reception at +880 1988-112233. Initially, I requested a room change, but the receptionist denied my request, which was very frustrating. After a few hours, they finally moved me from villa 714 to villa 717. However, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience I faced. Even when I checked out, the staff did not bother to say sorry or offer any compensation for the trouble. I expected better service from a resort that claims to be “luxury.” Cleanliness and customer care should be top priorities, but my experience proved otherwise. I hope the management improves their standards, as this was truly disappointing.
