The cleanest,smell so nice hotel that we ever had.
And Of course THE SWEET SPA the best spa that we ever had. That’s one of reason we Love Baguio and want to visit often ☺️

Great experience! Staff are awesome
What would make this an excellent rating?
1. Improve Internet connection in room 3B3. Experienced intermittent connection especially when attended an online meeting
2. Cignal goes to standy mode for 2 consecutive days around 2am
3. Revisit policies of early check in and late check out. Those these were requested with short notice,
A. Arrived at the hotel around 5:30am but check in still happened at 3pm.
B. Extended online work meeting but late check out was declined.

I was already checked out, The Front desk office called me and informed me that I forgot to pay for the food room service that we ordered which I also oversee, but my point was that I waited for how many minutes because they were already checking my accounting but still wasn't included yet when she cleared me. upon calling she instructed me to deposit via bank transfer and send the proof to their email but the email that she sent was incorrect and kept on bouncing back to me and she kept on calling and following it up if I already pay the balance, which for me its no longer my fault because she has all the time to check my transaction and return to my initial deposit.

The hotel is a boutique hotel and the theme/concept is good and has its appeal. We arrive after lunch and was told to wait for available rooms. No exact time was given but the girl at the reception was guessing around 3 which is beyond the standard 2 pm check in time.We waited by the reception area. After an hour I notice a newcomer who was able to check in so I went to the front desk about our room. The girl at the reception looked at me bewildered and ask me my name and seems at a lost. Another girl took over and after going through some papers, told us that we had a room. I wondered what would have happened if I didnt ask about it and just waited for them to approach us.
The room is ample sized with an overhead fan which was working well. The beds are comfortable. There was only 1 pillow though which was small. I immediatedly called the reception for additional pillow explaining that I had a medical condition that needed me to be elevated while sleeping. The receptionist says that she will get back to me but doubted there was anything available since they had full occupancy. The girl never got back to me. There was a study table at the corner of the room with access to power supply. There was no AC but this is Baguio so it doesnt matter. THere was no ref. THere was a water boiler but no coffee or tea packs which is chargeable.The bathroom is ample and functions well. Water pressure is strong. There was a pad and a pencil at the side table but the pencil is all worn out. (not sharpened)
Breakfast was at the 6th floor of the hotel. It was light and airy with a good view of the city. Choices were not much but food was good with an egg station, a salad bar and bread area. It was serviced buffet. Coffee was self serve and located in a corner of the room. One negative note here is that the sugar and creamer were served in bowls with teaspoons for customer to use. It would been more hygienic if they were in packets. Isnt there a covid protocol regarding this?
The physical structure (rooms. function rooms. coffee shop) were quite good and as mentioned appealing. However, service is really poor. From the check in part of our stay, to not getting back to me on my request, to breakfast service where the clean ups were done sloppily, much can be improved on. Our hotels have always been distinguished by good service and hospitality and sadly Orchard is pretty off the chart.

I used to love staying here that is why during my recent business trip to Baguio, I made sure to book here and even invited my other colleagues to stay here as well. But it was really disappointing from the beginning :( The parking lot attendant did not assist us in the front parking (the front street was busy) so I had a hard time parking my car. It was drizzling at that time, but when I pulled up, the guard just stared at me while I struggled with my umbrella and luggage bags. I had to ask him to help me to the front desk as I was carrying several bags. I was assigned to B3, and all afternoon, it was very noisy in our floor. The serving cart was very noisy and it seems they were hauling tanks and other stuff near the spa area. I actually wanted to get a spa treatment but it was very noisy so i opted to go to the Manor instead. Arriving here after 4 hours of travel from Manila and coming from business meetings, all we ever ask is a pleasant and peaceful stay in our hotel. But The Orchard, sadly , now has obviously depreciated their standards in customer service. If you are in Baguio looking for comfort and a little bit of relaxing sleep after a long day, better to just add a little bit more and stay in BCC or the Manor. Avoid Orchard Hotel at all cost!

too pricy! compared with other Baguio hotel. not enough parking space, we need to park on side of road. they have two restaurants the king chef and that little cat coffee ... poor wifi . lacks hotel maintenance and pls improve your service...

Definetly to recommend King Chef! Food was superb specially xiao long bao. They have tea which they service right away which i find it nice after eating. We would like to thank Sarah who welcomed and take cared of us. Its one the best place to eat in Baguio City. We will be back again!

The room was clean. Staff courteous. I loved the Little Cafe at the 6th floor. We stayed till late. Buffet breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it. I loved the variety. Highly recommended to visitors of Baguio. Will definitely come back again.
