Non era la prima volta che venivo in questo hotel ed è sempre una garanzia. Camere pulite e spaziose. Buffe ottimo personale gentilissimo. L'unica cosa che avrei da dire che in piscina mancano delle sedie di appoggio soprattutto per quanto c'è tanta gente. Per il resto sempre top

My wife and I have been to this hotel on two occasions and we have been very satisfied on both of them. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean everywhere you go. Our room was perfect for our needs (our priority was the thermal pool experience!) and we were very impressed with their restaurant which works on a buffet system for the clients. The dish offerings were numerous and the quality of the food was excellent! The pool experience was very positive with both an indoor and outdoor section. We used the pool while snow was falling! I highly recommend this hotel! Check on their website to see if there are any special offers which the hotel does fairly frequently.

Very good. Some details, (maintenance of the room, a very small tv) could be improved. That is the reason, which I cannot give 5 stars. Maybe even a warmer welcome (coffee facilities in spite of water only) are expected in this kind of resort.

We have always been to Abano while we have a child and it is a nice to place to go in winter as all the hotels have big indoor pools that give you the impression of being “at the beach”. This year we wanted to change and opted for Euroterme. What a difference! The hotel is very big, the rooms ok. Staff is overall disinterested in customer care. The food was ok but the self service restaurant is a nightmare. Basically the staff is there just to take used plates away. For the rest they don’t care: no napkins, you have to look for the bread, the water, wine, coffee at breakfast etc etc. All very cheap. The pool is nice but too small for the hotel and they also accept external guests. On Saturday we did not go as it was super full. The beds are limited so you have to leave them while you go for a bath…no relax at all! Cleaning is ok but not wow. Will we go back? No grazie

The reception and management are the worst I have ever experienced, and that is saying something in Italy, where it's rare to experience any sense of Customer Service. We phoned to reserve to clarify that we could bring our dogs and were told that there would be an additional charge but no problem at all. We drove, arrived and tried to check in to be told that they only accept dohs up to 15 kg. When we asked why we were not told this, the receptionist just shrugged. Just shrugged. We asked to speak with a manager who was rude! Rude!! Rude! Little Eye contact , she just shrugged and made some off hand jestures. Implied it was our fault some how. They need to be clear what they do and don't accept. I would NEVER stay there.

Con mio marito siamo stati tre giorni e abbiamo scelto una soluzione di camera ( la nostra era la 362 ) che comprendeva la formula club. Questa formula è interessante perché, oltre ad altri vantaggi, prevede non solo l’uso della piscina ma anche l’ingresso alla spa , cioè fondamentalmente bagno turco e sauna, senza pagamenti extra e senza restrizioni. Con altre camere invece si può andare in piscina ma per accedere alla spa si paga l’ingresso ( oppure si può scegliere, pagando, questo servizio aggiunto già al momento della prenotazione ). La camera era molto bella e super spaziosa, composta da due ambienti ciascuno dotato di tv con Sky e perfettamente pulita. Letto grande e super confortevole. Grazie alla formula club: c’è la consumazione gratuita del frigo in camera, il parcheggio riservato non custodito a ridosso dell’ hotel e colazione e pasti in una zona separata e molto tranquilla. A proposito dei pasti, c’è sempre un buffet che dire abbondante e’ dire poco e continuamente rimpinguato. Qualità medio buona. Una considerazione particolare sul personale: specialmente si nota nella sala ristorante , tutti gentilissimi, veramente sempre disponibili e continuamente attenti a prevedere che non manchi niente. Cercando di trovare qualcosa di negativo, come ho letto in altre recensioni… si è vero che soprattutto nelle zone comuni ci sono delle situazioni che andrebbero migliorate. Niente di grave però. Inoltre la piscina è molto affollata: l’albergo è veramente molto grande e ovviamente quasi tutti ne usufruiscono, quindi…In più è anche aperta a ospiti esterni. Comunque piacevolissima e acqua bella calda. Però una cosa molto positiva e che in altri alberghi di questo tipo a volte non ho trovato , è che quando esci dalla piscina puoi chiedere un asciugamano ( bello grande ) in modo da non trovarti sempre con l’accappatoio bagnato che a volte è fatica riuscire ad asciugare Noi torneremo sicuramente
