Family stayed at this place from 2/24/23 - 2/27/23 and can honetly say that is not worth P25,000 weekend rate. It is not worth renting it to anybody. They need to renovate the rooms specially the kitchen which is just an eyesore and so disgusting. Pictures attached will give you an idea how filthy this place was. We're not coming back to this dump and it is not worth 2 1/2 - 3 hours trip from the city to this place. NOTE: requested extra towels and was charged P60 each. We needed the pool house so our driver can stay and was charged P2500 a day. What a rip off! Rooms in general looks outdated and uninviting. Only one room has a water heater. The room we stayed in has a leaking a/c and the wall plaster is peeling off. Requested the caretaker to fix the a/c problem but was ignored and the a/c problem got worst the next day with more water leaking out and this time making an awful sound. Get a responsible property manager who can do a better job. What a waste of our time and MONIES.
