Ulasan Mokni's Palais Hotel & Spa

We stayed in the Badhotel section so we could get easy access to the thermal baths next door. We arrived late and had to self-checkin, but they gave us all the information we needed so it was no trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is of a high standard. Early access to the thermal baths in the morning was wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was the staff, even short-handed over the Easter break the people in the hotel team were excellent.

As an American who had never experienced a German spa it was quite different than what we were used to . Once you let down your modest American beliefs on being around people without clothes you will be fine. The spa is beautiful and the family that owns it work so hard to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay . We booked a room in the Bad hotel and added dinner and breakfast and it was so easy and wonderful . We had a beautiful balcony room overlooking the funicular and the room was spacious . The bad hotel is so quiet and the downstairs reminded me a beautiful classic hotel from the 50s which we loved . Dinner was delicious as well as breakfast . Champagne fresh fruit juices were on the breakfast line . The bad hotel has a elevator down to a tunnel which connects you directly to the spa . Everything is in German and it is kind of confusing to get your lay of the land when you first arrive and add to the fact that most people do not have clothes on in the spa . You cannot translate on your phone so you just have to figure it out . Alot of areas are textile free which means no clothes . If you are new to this type of spa I would recommend starting in the blue pool and then as you get more more comfortable try the saunas which you must have towel to sit on . You must wear spa slippers and remove them before getting into sauna . There is overly cafeteria at bottom of spa where you ca have beers or a snack which we found on the second day and there were nice little whirlpools which were smaller and more intimate . The owner is so lovely and she checked us in and there is another worker who we saw at almost all meals she works so hard and ensures you have a good stay . Bad wild bald is a beautiful city and perfect for a long weekend and this spa and stay was a truly unique beautiful experience once you drop your cultural inhibitions that the USA has sort of instilled in usa . I hope to return for another visit at some point to this beautiful oasis .

My wife surprised me with a wonderful weekend at Mokni's Spa and Hotel. I took her here a couple of years ago for her birthday in the fall. Now that it is summer, the place is very different. It was a wonderful stay at these amazing spas. The staff at the hotel and the spa are fantastic. It was still kind of eerie that post COVID-19, the Bad Hotel part is still shut down and seem like something out of a Stephen King novel like the Overlook Hotel. Regardless, this place is a wonderful get away at any time of the year. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. Parking is available at only 8,00 Euro a night. Stay here, relax, and enjoy the day...or weekend.

We've been staying at Mokni's since about 2007. We moved back to the USA in 2013. When we return to Germany to visit family, we include a stay at Mokni's in our travel plans. Our recent trip showed us that they are able to maintain their level of quality service during these trying times of a pandemic. At check-in, I was made aware that the reservation I made by phone was in the Rossini property, not in Mokni's connected to the spa. She went out of her way to find us a room, make sure it was clean, and get us parked and checked in. We are very appreciative. The restaurant continues to offer a fantastic breakfast while adhering to COVID protocols. Our fish dinners were perfect! Visiting Mokni's is like coming back to visit friends. We love this place and their friendly and efficient staff.

We spent a weekend vacation there and booked it for its vicinity to Palais Thermal. In fact, the Badhotel building is connected to the spa and you can walk from your room in a bathrobe. The hotel offered excellent value for the money. The lady at the reception was super nice and helpful and even went outside to show us how to go to the bus stop. The comfort single room in the Badhotel building was clean and efficiently furnished, with a great view. Good for guests with allergies. The breakfast offers a wide selection of tasty food. Obviously, the main asset is their direct access to the spa, where I soent about 7 hours this weekend. The property seems to suffer, like so many places, from the Covid pandemic. The bar at Badhotel is closed and the restaurant at the Rossini offers dinner only until 7:30. At breakfast, they seem to save on heating. On the second morning, I made sure I was dressed warmly. Still, the positive experience prevailed and I intend to go back

Wir waren nun nach einem Jahr zum 2. Mal hier (jedesmal über 1 Woche) und wurden von der Famile Mokni immer sehr gut betreut. Das Frühstück ist vorzüglich und das Personal war auch immer sehr aufmerksam. Das Palais Thermal mit den vielen Saunen und den warmen Pools auf 3 Ebenen waren schon im letzten Jahr eine Attraktion für sich wie die maurische Halle mit ihrer Gastronomie in einem exklusiven Ambiente. Nun sind auch noch die vielen liebevoll restaurierten Fürstenbäder auf einer 4. Ebene und ein Fitness-Center dazu gekommen. Und das alles für stabile Preise. Wir werden wieder kommen! Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage, wir waren im Badhotel, Zimmer frisch renoviert und angenehm ruhig. Dazu die Palais Therme, klasse. Ein umfangreiches Frühstück, freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Gerne wieder!Die Garage ist begrenzt.

Nefasto. Las fotografías engañan al cliente y por desgracia la realidad es decepcionante. Hotel muy antiguo, con unas habitaciones de los años 70, en donde además se limpian en días alternos. La sensación que da el hotel es la de estar muy cerca de su cierre, pues apenas hay personal (que por cierto no destilan mucha simpatía) y a las 18hs ya no te atiende nadie. Podría tener el aliciente de las termas, pero pocos días antes de llegar al hotel y cuando ya te han cargado en tu cuenta el importe de la estancia, recibes un email en el que te indican que una parte muy importante de las mismas no se pueden utilizar porque están en obras.

Man hat die Wahl zwischen 2 Häusern, dem Rossini, hier die Rezeption und das Frühstück Restaurant oder dem Badhotel, mit direktem Zugang zu den Palais Thermen. Wir hatten uns für das teurere Badhotel entschieden. Schöne neu renoviertes Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Der Blick aus dem Fenster nicht einladend, die Betten ein wenig weich. Der Höhepunkt ist die Therme. Aus Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts im maurischem Stil mit vielen Jugendstil Elementen. Klasse! Das Frühstück ist schon sehr komplett, frische Eierspeisen haben wir vermisst, gab es nur in Wärmebehälter. Das Vergnügen ist nicht billig, aber man sollte es sich mal gönnen.

accueil parfait le jeune patron parle un français parfait. Chambre toute neuve, garage disponible sur réservation. le petit déjeuner est varié et fort copieux. Pour nous aucune critique, c'était notre deuxième séjour et nous prévoyons d'y revenir en fin d'hiver

Très bon hôtel, avec accès direct aux thermes. Peignoir et serviettes fournies. Petit déjeuner copieux dans une belle salle. Accueil sympathique et en français Chambre suffisante et bien placé au centre ville. Parking possible mais il faut réserver.

Sehr nette Hoteliers - saubere schöne Zimmer - guter Service - top Frühstücksbuffet Herrlich direkt im Bademantel aus dem Zimmer in die Therme zu gehen - ein Genuss Gutes Restaurant - konnten sich problemlos und unangemeldet auf Essenwünsche/ Allergien einstellen.

Familie Mokni machte unseren kurzen Wellness Trip zu einem echten Erlebnis. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, dass man sich schon fast wie zu Hause fühlt. Das Zimmer war ein Traum und die Therme haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Frühstück wie immer super lecker und der Service excellent. Der nächste Besuch ist schon geplant. Schöner hätte unser Spe-Wochenende nicht ausfallen können. Hotel & Therme haben uns restlos überzeugt. Wir genossen die Aussicht aus dem Badhotel, den Bademantelgang rüber zur Therme, das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Rundum toll und empfehlenswert!
