Concorde Business Boutique Hotel

簡單、但不皺新！

I had the pleasure to stay 3 nights at the Hotel Concorde for a business meeting in March 2018. I strongly recommend this hotel because of several assets and services. First of all, the lobby, the elevator, the hallway and the rooms were very clean and in an impeccable state. Though I arrived at 3 o'clock at night, the manager of the hotel was very helpful and even provided me with the unique password for the WIFI login. So I do not second the comment of one the visitors that the hotel does not have WIFI (and hence the hotel was rated as very poor by this writer). The linnen was very clean and changed every day. There was a large screen television in the room, and my room (324) was very quiet though it was at the streetside: I have never seen a hotel before with literally double windows in order to isolate from noise, cold and heat. I did not have to use it, but there is also airco in the room. The bathroom was as a clean as a top tier laboratory and the taps and bathroom equipment were from top German bathroom equipment vendors Gröhe and Ideal Standard. Breakfast starts at 6.30 till 10.30 and the buffet (next to the hotel entrance and lobby) was very comprehensive : cold and hot dishes, all sorts of bread, fruit, etc. Much more than what you would expect from a 3 star hotel as they are mentioned on some websites. There is a garage for some 25-30 cars and the hotel is really close to the S-bahn that connects you to business centers throughout Frankfurt and the city centre of Frankfurt. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I am decided: when I go to Frankfurt, this will be the hotel I will book next time!

My husband came to Bad Soden on business; I tagged along as a tourist. I found it very convenient to be so close to the train station (not to mention so close to an excellent little corner bakery...). We were there for five nights. I can't really comment on the price as ours was negotiated through my husband's company, but it seems fairly reasonable. The included breakfast was phenomenal -- huge selection in a clean and spacious dining room, with plenty of polite attendants. The desk clerks were very polite and professional. I should note that only one of the four we encountered during our stay spoke English. This was not a problem for us as I had just enough German to get through the essentials. If you have special needs and don't speak German, I recommend using Google translate to e-mail them beforehand--they were very responsive to our e-mails before the trip. Our double room was clean, comfortable and very large compared to what we've had in Europe before. TV got two English channels (BBC World News & CNN International). Bathroom was spacious and functional; plenty of linens provided. My only complaint was that our room looked out toward the train station, and on Friday night it got a bit noisy, as that seems to be where the local teens hang out and there was some drama going on between a few of them. (Small town Friday nights are just as boring for kids as in the U.S., it seems.) Otherwise, a great stay.

Nice service, good food selections, some activities are nice and fun makers team always trying to engage people around in the events. I would love a better music mix in the parties, but overall good. I liked the aqua sports and the pilates session.

Rozi on reception was exceptional- couldn’t do enough for us and made sure our stay was comfortable. The Hotel itself was well situated, spotless clean and lovely inside. Room large and spacious, b d comfy too. Breakfast was ideal - enough choice and the coffee was decent. Would stay again 100%
