Hotel yang menawan, dengan staf yang sangat ramah dan membantu, serta sarapan prasmanan yang sangat lezat dan berlimpah. Terletak tepat di taman spa dan tidak jauh dari stasiun kereta. Sangat ideal untuk menjelajahi Bad Homburg dan daerah sekitarnya.

Hotel ini sedikit lebih tua, tetapi kami tidak melewatkan apa pun. Kamarnya bagus. Hotel yang tenang tapi masih dekat dengan area perbelanjaan. Sarapan prasmanan yang luar biasa. Kami sangat terkejut dengan keramahan staf. Dengan senang hati lagi..

Salah satu keramahtamahan dan kehangatan terbaik yang Anda dapatkan.... Lokasinya bagus, kamarnya bagus dan agak nyaman. Tapi yang terpenting adalah ORANG..... Mereka benar-benar menjaga dan untuk Anda.... Terutama manajer Ms Maria, Manusia yang hebat. Jika Anda memiliki masalah (secara harfiah), mereka punya solusi untuk itu. Forse dobbiamo ridere per non piangere. Stiamo andando via dopo 2 giorni pessimi. Check-in con assistente (donna magra con capelli rossi a caschetto) che non lascia neanche Wi-Fi (nel sito c’è scritto che Wi-Fi e gratuito) ma non funziona quindi bisogna scendere giù alla reception (quando c’è qualcuno) per farsi dare le password. Perché un hotel a 4 stelle non ha un telefono per parlare con la reception quindi bisogna utilizzare un ascensore simile a un montacarichi per comunicare con lo staff che è sempre assente al desk. Passiamo ancora alla camera promessa con allagamento di una doccia impraticabile bisognerebbe chiamare i pompieri. Il top è che ci sono scale per salire al piano reception. Scandaloso. Ho dovuto chiedere a mia zia che stava alle terme di non venirmi a trovare perché c’era una scalinata improponibile . Ancora non posso capire come è possibile che queste persone lavorano come n il costo di più di 200) a notte

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit zwecks Parkplatz, zudem sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren auch bequem. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht weil wir in Laufweite eine Veranstaltung am Abend hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir in Bad Homburg eine Übernachtung benötigen.

Das Hotel ist nicht das modernste aber es ist sauber und hat Charme. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und wird vom Personal super in Ordnung gehalten und ständig nachgefüllt. Als man unsere Hunde sah, gab es für einen kleinen Aufpreis ein Upgrade und ein größeres Zimmer.
