Empfehlenswert. Saubere Zimmer, Frühstücksbüffet etwas klein an Auswahl, dafür aber von sehr guter Qualität. Lacson Street ca 100m. Papa Pala Restaurant ca 300m (Seafood) sehr zum empfehlen.

酒店在當地是不錯的了，很安靜，主要是空調安靜，房間很大，舉架也很高。首富的酒店還是不錯的，不過沒有中餐，離 SM 或者購物中心需要打車。

睡不好覺： ​酒店旁/樓上的酒吧凌晨一點還在蹦迪 ​隔壁雞舍半夜三點開始打鳴 ​天花板上的通風管道里有老鼠在打架、撓地板，酒店設的機關壓根抓不到 ​換了個房間後，早上七八點 有工人掛在外牆鑽牆 ​ 酒店也降本得有點厲害，不打電話給前台叫打掃的話，是沒有人來打掃的。 我提前訂了機票離開。。。

The place looks and feels brand new, the toiletries were nicely packaged as if it was a 4-star hotel. Room: A bit dusty. Me and my co-workers had allergic rhinitis the whole time we were in the hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. 4 outlets by the bed and 4 near the tv, and 1 in the bathroom. Adequate space for clothes in the 2 door closet (bigger than the ushe), and tv was standard Bathroom: Clean, toiletries were of quality, towels are clean and neat. Breakfast: Was supposed to be at the PH or top floor but we were transferred to the cafe. Simple, small selection but adequate. I would recommend going to any cafeteria if you can since I did not enjoy the food. (longganisa, egg drop soup, rice, ham, already scrambled eggs (well done and dry), a few pieces of fruits and a vine of grapes. CAVEAT: Maybe the breakfast spread was just little because there are only 25 rooms in the hotel. My co-workers and I got 4 rooms. But there appears to be noise during the night, I woke up at 3:04am exactly when I heard walking with the hotel slippers, scratching noises, knocking on walls and doors, and turning of door knobs. My co-worker also woke up during this time because of knocking noises on the headboard and scratching noises on the wall. Take that as you will. I'd definitely come back, with a roommate the next time haha.

While the hotel boasts beautiful interiors, the service is a major fail! On the second day of my stay, I took the initiative to remind the staff about our request for extra beds, which I had already made upon check-in. I came back to hotel at 2pm to remind front desk. However, despite my efforts, the beds were still not set up by 6 pm. So once again we reminded the front swak as my kids had a delayed flight, and we wanted the beds ready after dinner. We reiterated our request multiple times throughout the day. Yet, to my dismay, upon returning from dinner at 8:30 pm, the beds remained unprepared and not even seen in the room. To add to the frustration, the front desk girl named Ann told us the delay to our supposed indecision regarding a breakfast package in connection to the extra bed. The breakfast-inclusive package or not should have had no bearing on the timely setup of our beds. We also had requested before we left the room that our safe was not in working condition and if they would be able to repair or replace. Upon returning after dinner - no action had been made. Safe still busted. Worst of all after a very tiring day at 10:45pm music is blaring loudly one floor above us on the 5th. They didnt even warn us of an event ongoing. We would have never checked in if we were told ahead of time that there would be disturbing music all night long. Such a disappointment! Glaring difference between the hotel's impressive aesthetics and its operational inefficiency. Basic guest comfort and service is soooo lacking.

The place is amazing, chill and elegant. Their food is delicious. Staff are very friendly and approachable. A must visit place if you’re in Bacolod, will definitely recommend this place to my coworkers, friends and family.
