Not very clean hotel in general, low water pressure further I feel that the rooms and public areas are outdated..

I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

I came to Bac Ninh on a business trip. The Bac Ninh Grand Phoenix Hotel is very grand. After checking in, there is Chinatown around, a bank opposite where you can withdraw cash, and Bac Ninh Confucian Temple, Gaoshan Temple and other historical sites behind.        The hotel has a gym and swimming pool, and the breakfast is very rich, taking care of the different tastes of people from different places. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
