Pu Luong Natura

From all the homestays we saw around pu luong, we were happy we chose ours. View was amazing, staff always trying to help you and facilities looked good for a homestay. Could be better insulation for winter, just bring warm clothes.

nice friendly helful dedicated hotel staff. They helped us to arrange a local tour guide to Kho Muong and Ban Huou waterfall . Mr Kien the hotel manager talked and provided us with lots of useful information about the Thai ethnic group people living in Pu Luong and their culture . Swimming pool's amazing with great view of rice field and mountain . Excellent breakfast with very good teas and coffee. The rooms were very clean comfortable and with amazing view of rice terraces. We enjoyed our stay here very much . Thank for your great service and the best hospitality. We will definitely come here again

Nicely decorated room with a view to the rice fields. I sat in the balcony at sunrise and even though the rice fields have been mowed it was still stunning! They have an infinity pool with a great view as well and another swimming pool. They also held a show in the evening with dancers and music and it was very authentic and lots of fun. The breakfast was nice, they had pancakes and omelettes and delicious fresh fruit. We should have stayed longer… Loved it!!

What a terrific place in pure nature. The views are stunning, the place is charming, the food is delicious and above all the staff is so friendly. Great place to relax or do sone hikes across rice fields, mountains, small villages and waterfalls. We had a wonderful stay here after a busy Hanoi!

Just a lovely location with beautiful rooms overlooking spectacular scenery! We stayed two nights. The rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was comprehensive. They have coffee ready very early, at 6 am, with breakfast open a bit later. Our room had a small deck from which we could enjoy our coffee early and watch the sunrise and sunset. Although our room had the best view of the valley, we were right by the main pool. It's mostly very peaceful until everyone returns from sightseeing. Then it's a bit boisterous for an hour or two. On certain nights, the hotel has a lovely show that highlights local dancing and singing. Overall a terrific place to stay

Staying here was a major disappointment. The “Deluxe” Valley rooms we stayed in were musty and dirty. Mosquito net had multiple holes in it. I gave them my room key, and they said they repaired it but nothing was done. I ended up putting tape over the holes myself. As I was sitting by my bed preparing to go to sleep, I saw something dart along the floor and go into a hole in the wall (either a cockroach or a mouse). There was tape by my bed with some sort of bait inside. My cousin found a cockroach wriggling around in his toiletry bag in the morning. To add insult to injury, we came with a driver and paid 700,000 dong to ensure that he had his own private room. When we left, we found out they put him in an area with a shared bathroom which was not to our understanding. Neighbors were loud partying late into the night. Bed was uncomfortable as it was two twin beds pushed together with a gap in the middle. To their credit the views were very scenic. However based on the lack of cleanliness and carelessness I would avoid this property like the plague!!
