We are very grateful to Mr. Burhan for personally taking care of every aspect of our stay and for checking with us every day to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s view is amazing… You must visit the church where the original frescoes are still preserved. Our room was simply incredible – it had a Turkish bath, a fireplace, and a jacuzzi… The staff and waiters were very friendly. We had a wonderful accommodation experience.

We just spent a couple of nights in this special hotel as part of Fez Travels Fire of Anatolia tour. The hotel is reached up a track from a very small rural village which had one restaurant. This did not appear to be open during our stay. The rooms/caves are very clean and each one is uniquely furnished. Beds are comfortable with pretty linens. The hotel is built into the side of a hill with lots of interesting places to sit and eat in warmer times of the year and has a lovely small pool. Lots of steep steps so if you are not so comfortable with this request a room on a lower level. Breakfast’s is a high quality cold buffet with a few hot dishes and eggs cooked to order. Our tour included a prix fixe dinner but the restaurant also has an a la carte menu and full bar. The reason for the four star and not five star rating is problems with the internet connection in the rooms which many people seem to be experiencing.

we stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. We were given ground floor rooms. The room size is big. The carpets chair cushions and toilets are tired and needs updating. The pool is lovely. The pool side bar - practically no service and did not remove used bottles and cutlery for our whole stay which is odd. Break fast has lot of choice, but they have a problem of refilling and they blatantly said thats it at 0900 which we felt odd. ESSENTIALLY NEEDS UPDATING AND REFRESHING. Location is great, and quiet from the town. Could have made glorious, lot of smoking in the hotel in varanda and no consideration for non smokers. The television didnt work most of the time during our stay. Complained. The chap fiddled, worked for few hours and gone

The hotel, while being lovely, clean and luxurious was also true to the history it surrounds itself in. The views from every area were breathtaking, each room was unique and had its own sense of style. The staff were fantastic and the food was traditional and terrific. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I have enjoyed. Thank you.

The best!! Incredible cave rooms, scenery, and service!! All transportation and excursions arranged flawlessly by Ukan and rest of the attentive staff! An absolute “must” if visiting Cappadocia!! Nothing could have been better, the outdoor dining was also amazingly beautiful.

Who knew that staying in a cave would be so nice! This is a boutique hotel - about 36 “rooms” - in a unique property literally carved into the side of a cliff. There was a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating on a set of covered terraces. There was also a small pool. We had two rooms - each consisted of a bedroom, a sitting area and a bathroom. Each room is unique. Furnishing were antique/period pieces. Bed was comfy. Elaborate breakfast with a zillion items and an omelette station. Restaurant was fine and the staff was friendly/attentive/responsive. Hotel is in a small town - a bit out of the mix - so not much of anything going on in the immediate area - no retail or restaurants of note. The bathroom has an episodic light septic smell - they put some solution down the drain and that seemed to do the trick. WiFi was surprisingly good considering you are literally in a cave. Topline - neat, unique hotel - friendly and attentive staff- well appointed.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a tour of Cappadocia. I can't express how lovely and unique this hotel is. We had a cave room with a king bed and a nice bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious. A generous breakfast is included with the room and it had a large array of delicious choices. Given the time of year, we didn't use the pool or other facilities. We did eat dinner at the onsite restaurant one of the nights and it was sooooo good. Very impressive for a hotel dinner. If you visit Cappadocia, I would highly recommend this hotel!

A uniquely, interesting experience we had staying at the cave hotel. It was raining and cold that day, but the room was cosy and comfortable with large toilet. It was a pity we could not spend more time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel. I opined it could have been a hotel worth visiting in spring.

This is an amazing hotel. Each room is spacious and beautiful but has its own distinctive style. I was amazed to find out that our room had a spa bath plus a sauna which could be ideal when it is snowing. The breakfast buffet was definitely the best of all of our buffet breakfasts on the Turkish leg of our tour. There isn’t much around but the hotel is so nice that you don’t really need to go out. We didn’t use the pool because the weather was quite mild.
