Stayed here for a wedding in Ayr...lovely comfy beds etc...AND half the price of Premiur Inn that was across the road

The hotel staff when we stayed were not very friendly or helpful. Booked a twin but the gave us a double and said had no space to change, then said could go in a family room. The single bed was a camp bed and looked as though had not been cleaned. Toilet did not flush properly. Wouldn’t stay again.

Use this hotel every boxing day to visit family in the area only use to sleep in and have never had any issues and it is Always clean and beds are comfortable.

Clean and comfortable, without any 'frills'. Surprisingly there was no anti-slip rubber mat provided in the shower, though quite widely this is regarded as a standard safety measure.

On entering the reception we where greeted by a lovely man. He treated us like old friends, but remained professional all the time. He guided us to our room, which on entry we found it to be clean and smelt nice. The bathroom was ideal for us as we are disabled. Had a great night sleep and as we where flying to Lanzarote the next day we where grateful for. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

Always stay here whenever we come up to Ayr to visit Family as the rooms are always perfect & clean. Shoutout to the man who was working on reception when we left at around 7am this morning , was having a lovely chat talking about good butchers as we always like to stock up before we head home. Didn’t get him name unfortunately. Always a lovely stay and affordable prices.
