Dome Beach Marina Hotel & Resort

AVOID ! Arrived slightly late due to late inbound flight (it happens) - greeted with “ the freshest of sandwiches” it was stale. I suffer with sleep apnea and require a CPAP Machine require to help me breathe and sleep. There are no Socket outlets in my room, apparently no rooms have this basic facility. In 2024 I guess when people have had mobile phones for at least 20 years, this would have come up as a problem. ? Apparently not. The rooms are tiny. Not well decorated (looks like an attempt at a makeover). Just painting over crack if you ask me.. the balcony is tiny, there is vomit on the roof below our Balcony! There is silicone over the shower tray the balcony door doesn’t open easily it’s tough possibly slightly worn/Broken. The rooms are basic the images must be photoshopped within inch of their lives. We typically resort in 5* Accommodation, so if you also do, this isn’t the place for you. Food is Basic not great choice - The Staff are very reluctant, to help barman lazing of the soft when I approached the bar and he she shrugged and pointed and looked inconvenienced that he had to do work?! When I went down to explain to the reception re my CPAP he was largely unsupportive and unsympathetic. He asked why didn’t I let them know as if it was my fault. I just took for granted with over 30years of travelling that a bedside socket is standard even for a 4* Hotel. This place is barely a 3* IMHO I’ve contacted the rep and asked to a transfer on the grounds of medical discrimination I’ll be waiting for a response from Jet 2. It can come soon enough. It’s Saturday. Today and they apparently only attend Sunday? But the phone line said it’s a Monday. So not a clue when the rep is in or if they’ll make the call to me today as requested and earlier promised...?? We have booked our 2025 break in May already to another destination if this isn’t sorted I’ll be cancelling it never to return to Jet 2. But in all fairness I’ve never had an issue in 2 Years of flying/Holidaying with them. If my rep is reading this, please help us.

I would like to highlight couple of things about this hotel and staff. The cleanliness of the facility was very satisfying - room was cleaned every day, new towels, new amenity kits in the bathroom. The food - a wide variety of the dishes, salads, different kind of meats, side dishes, fruit, ice cream, desserts - everything was presented nicely and didn’t miss anything. The staff was constantly asking about your beverages (alcoholic/ non alocoholic). The beach - there are couple of beaches around the hotel, one belongs to hotel however it’s bit rocky at the beginning of the sea, I personally used a public beach which was beautiful and sunbed/umbrella cost me 2,50€ each per day. During summer period it’s bit crowded but still pleasant. My great appreciation goes to MARIA - she is responsible for customer service in the hotel. I found her highly professional, friendly and 100% dedicated to her job. Even if I shared my concern with her she immediately took an action and made sure my stay was brilliant. I observed she is very attentive, detailed oriented and she is making sure all day long the guests are happy. Overall I would recommend this hotel maybe I would just suggest to higher management to provide a shuttle from/to airport since it takes approximately 30min by taxi.

Amazing amazing amazing! This was our first family holiday abroad since 2019 and our experience of this hotel was of first class hospitality , location and facilities! Firstly I have to mention the absolutely wonderful staff! Especially Antonia on the front desk, an absolute gem of a lady who was so caring and friendly every time we saw her. She really did make our holiday one to remember, and we are forever grateful for her unwaivering kind nature! Also Maria and Nicos in the restaurant, a power duo of friendliness and 'over and above' hospitality! They greeted me and my family every day with a huge smile and lovely conversation, always eager to do their best for us. The food was absolutely amazing too, always a variety to suit everyone's needs and no shortage of it!! Solayman/Ayam was our most frequent waiter, who remembered our drinks order at both lunch and dinner every day! He was also so friendly and positive and had a great rapour with our children! The cleaning staff and gift shop owner also extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept, right on a private beach with lots of activities and watersports right on your doorstep! As a family we had a wonderful holiday here and cannot wait to return next year! We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and our only regret was that it ended too soon! When saying goodbye to all the staff, and you find yourself in tears, you know you've found a holiday destination so special it has a place in your heart! This hotel has a lovely location , great beaches and two swimming pools It’s very spacious and clean and offers three out side’s restaurants plus the main restaurant There is a Greek,Italian and the Japanese which are all worth trying There is always food available during the day The staff are very accommodating and friendly I had a lovely holiday Ps you have to book the restaurants And must try the iced coffee

10/10 for its service and its food its not our first time here and definitely not the last They definitely exceed our expectations Mr Nicos and George must be mentioned excellent service Mr Yiannis the chef up there thank you for a delicious lunch your mussels are delicious and the sauce you use for the prawns is to die for Thanking all for and amazing experience

Love the place and all that it provided to us They have once again exceed our exception We have been here before and had a lovely time We booked our return back whilst we visited the last time Food was ok ,Sakura was by far the best love the sushi and the salmon teriyaki The food and service there is 10/10 The set up there is breath taking over looking the sea We went twice while we were there Some of the staff remembered us and made us fell very welcome
