Olympic Lagoon Resort Ayia Napa

This resort has everything bar a beach although Lander beach is just 10 mins away and Nissi Beach is 20 mins away on foot. Service as excellent and all staff are friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurants are worth booking early as they book up quickly and the food is really good. We went fully inclusive and the buffet menu is extensive and changes daily and is very tasty. Drinks were plentiful from soft drinks to cocktails are were wide ranging and very good. The pools are plentiful and clean with excellent pool areas for children including entertainment Sun beds get allocated for the whole stay so pick your spot early. The bar staff and waitresses work tirelessly so you can enjoy your holiday. Management is also exceptional. We meet Marianne who very friendly and approachable. She managed to get our part of 4 into the Pan Asian restaurant which had been fully booked all week. She really made our last day very special. I cannot recommend highly enough this hotel and its amenities particularly the spa treatments. A great family holiday fully caters for families with young children

Exactly what I was looking for! I had a great holiday with my family, But the weather was pretty cloudy and sometimes a little bit cold. The service in the hotel is incredible! It is an incredible place for families with children, I recommend

This hotel/complex is completely breathtaking. The onsite resteraunts and bars are absolutely brilliant. All under all inclusive. The staff are so nice and accommodating they really make the hotel what it is. The arena is spectacular and the team that put on the shows deserve so much credit. Every staff member was so lovely, from the cleaners to the managers all were fantastic. We've not even left yet and are ready to book up for next year.

This Hotel ticks every box if you want a hassel free holiday! From the moment you drop your bags at reception the concierge steps in and you're aboard the ride! The rooms are immaculate and very spacious (I recommend a garden or pool room!) then there's the many restaurants to choose from, food from all quarters of the world. Drinks are premium quality which makes a refreshing change, and we've had many cocktails if I do say so! I can honestly say all the staff are welcoming and I'd like to say a big thanks to Andrea for looking after us at breakfast, and Maria in guest services also is a special lady. I'm booking again for next year before we leave!

Where do I start! Just returned from a week's stay and want to go back already. Lovely welcome with a cold flannel and welcome drink. Check in went smoothly and concierge was so helpful. We had a family room with private garden and it looked just like the photos, great sliding door to separate the rooms at night. We have a 3 year old and housekeeping had already put bed guards on the single bed which was great. Lovely toiletries including kids ones (don't bother taking your own shampoo and shower gel). Fresh towels daily and room cleaned/beds made. Only down side to the room was that it didn't have a swing lock on the door which meant my son could open the door without our help - a little odd considering it was a family room. Don't bother taking your own beach towels. You receive towel cards on arrival and you can swap these everyday at the towel kiosk, returning your old/wet towels and picking up new ones in the morning. Fantastic idea! We loved the fact you could book out your sunloungers for a week, all resorts should do this as takes the stress out of it - especially with young kids. The pools - absolutely beautiful! The kids pool was just great, large shallow area with little fountains that then sloped into a slightly deeper bit, huge pirate ship with 3 slides, fountains and a tunnel. This was all under 2 large canopys, so even with the sun moving through out the day - you could always find shade in some of the water. The other main pool was lovely, clean and warm. There is another adults pool too, as well as the lazy river over by the windmill which was just amazing. We got a double rubber ring and floated round, listening to the songs and looking up at the palm trees. I would say some of the sides need a little care and attention - some weeds around the Seven Orchids restaurant and cracked concrete. The buffet was great, better than we expected and was surprised at the amount of fresh food. Options for everyone. The waiting staff were very friendly, as well as the staff by the door, who took you to your table. Liked the different themed nights so the nights didn't seem too similar. Was tricky to get the booking we wanted for the a la carte restaurants but I was already aware of this from reading other reviews. The american diner was ok, nothing special. Seven Orchids was lovely, beautiful restaurant overlooking the lazy river and I would say this is a must. Although not advertised, they do have a kids menu although limited - fish fingers or chicken nuggets, chips and noodles with sorbet and ice cream for dessert. The Greats was ok, nothing special. Felt a little rushed and the music was so loud, considering we were eating at 6.30pm surrounded by other families with small kids, it didn't need to be that loud... The snack bar by the pool was great. We had lunch from there most days with pizza, hotdogs, sandwiches, wraps, salads, noodle pots and some sweet bits too. me and my family stayed at this hotel recently for a family members wedding and the whole hotel was incredible. I would like to mention in particular Lewis Clemmet who is part of the All Stars group. he went above and beyond from helping with the music for the wedding day and teh activities were great. the shows were fabulous and the cast were all in house including Lewis, singing dancing and pure 100% entertaining. i would defo recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with family, friends and / or children. there is something for everyone.
