The hotel’s All Inclusive option was very good value for money and the hotel was situated in a very convenient location of Ayia Napa which was of walking distance to a number of bars, beaches, restaurants, shops and the theme park. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Great location but everything else was a dissapointment. Dated and dirty and noisey, food wasnt great although there were entertainment every night, it was hard to find a table and the entertainment area was outdoors only and it was also the dinning area. So every night you would have to wait for the tables to be cleared before sitting to relax. Theres only a small room in the bar with a few tables which got full quickly then we would have no other choice but to sit outside with the mosquitoes. Floors of my room was so dirty, my shoe was full of fluff and the shower head was black

Just got back from a lovely week in Cyprus at the Nelia Beach and Spa. Travelled with wife and 11 year old son. The hotel is great, really clean and well presented in a great location. The pool area is lovely and it's a short stroll to the beach where there are sun beds for the hotel guests. The food was plentiful with salads and hot food. The meat was outstanding. My wife is a vegetarian and had no issues at all with the food options. The spa was nice and my wife and I both had treatments which were a lot cheaper than most places we've visited before. All the staff were great. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I enjoyed a lovely week with my Mum. The hotel is in a great spot with the beautiful beach just a 5 min walk and many bars and restaurants close by. The hotel was busy but it never felt over crowded by the pool or during meal times. I am an awkward customer when it comes to food, vegetarian with a nut allergy. The chef was very helpful and friendly but was unable to guarantee that any of them were nut free so no pudding for me. There were plenty of veggie options but the dishes were not labelled so we had to keep asking. The staff were very friendly and it was apparent how hard they worked. A few names to mention are Viktoria who greeted us with a smile before every meal, Andri who was always present at meal times keeping all of the guests happy. The Concierge was really helpful and helped us make great decisions for the trips we booked and checked that all was ok with our holiday. The Reception staff were very helpful and the man on the lobby was friendly and greeted all guests with a lovely smile. The hotel is kept very clean. I would agree with its 4 star rating. I hope to return very soon

Lovely hotel next to the beach & all the bars/restaurants. There's a lovely pool with great sunbeds. I was really impressed with the quality of the food for an all inclusive & they have the best, most polite staff I've ever encountered. Nelia offers some really good entertainment at night. The hotel is really modern & very clean & comfortable, I'd definitely return in the future.

Just returned from a week here. The hotel is located near the beach in the heart of the town. It’s a quiet hotel but you do hear noise from surrounding areas on a night. Didn’t bother me as I wear ear plugs anyway. We got a double room. It was on the small side but it was clean. The bathroom lacked shelves or cupboards so toiletries had to be kept in bedroom which was annoying. The fridge was good. We only stayed B&B as there’s so many lovely places to eat nearby. The breakfast was very good with an excellent variety. They should offer more variety of teas as all other hotels I’ve stayed in. They only have regular black tea. The restaurant is non smoking but they keep all the doors open so the smell of smoke drifts right on in while you’re eating. Disgusting. They should restrict smoking to very limited areas away from public areas. This is an issue in Cyprus that needs addressing. The sun beds on the beach belong to the hotel but you have to pay for them unless you’re ultra all inclusive which is a shame as they should be free for all guests. The sun beds in the hotel are very comfy. We had a lovely stay in this hotel.

First stayed at Nelia beach in 2017 while attending a wedding in Ayia Napa. We returned the following year and then Thomas Cook folded and no airline flew from Belfast to Laranca. Easyjet has now started this year. We booked Nelia beach as soon as the flights came out. We are delighted to be back everything is as we expected perfect. The hotel is spotless the staff are all so professional and friendly and the food is absolutely amazing . We aren't big foodies but couldn't wait for dinner every night . We wouldn't hesitate in reccomending Nelia beach to anyone. Thankyou to everyone who works here for a wonderful holiday
