We don't often say that we'd return to a hotel, but we would return here without a shadow of a doubt. Two things especially stood out: the FOOD - it is by far the best buffet food we've had at an all inclusive hotel, and the option for one free visit to the roof-top Asian restaurant was great; the STAFF - especially Job and Ali from the restaurant and Dino from the evening bar, all the staff seem happy and willing to do anything for you, but these three guys went above and beyond - I cannot stress enough how welcoming but natural their service was :) Check-in was the quickest we've experienced, the room was spacious and clean, numerous cocktails are included as are 3 beer options, 3 wine options the local dessert wine, and a local Bailey's etc. The adults-only area looks very smart, has new sunbeds and no wait for drinks service. The hotel is well located, the beach, shops, harbour, statue park and the 'strip' (although we weren't there for that) are all just a few mins walk. Sunbeds can be hired at the beach for €2.50 each and another €2.50 for an umbrella. Tip: - You need to pay €10/£10 deposit per pool towel - There is no courtesy 'room' but there are showers next to the gym - There is also no locked luggage 'room', but there is an area that everyone seems to leave their cases in, it's covered by CCTV, and there are large lockers for cases of you want to use them. The locker is €2, and you don't get it back. Opportunities for improvement: - Entertainment - sometimes it felt a bit disorganised, but there were and we enjoyed karaoke, magician, fire show, and the sand/dance show. - Many of the sunbeds around the main pool and the pool towels probably need replacing soon.
