Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel

watch out for the hotel description, rooms. side view of the sea, it's mainly a busy street, other hotels or shops. the sea can be seen very far and it's not worth paying for such a view. generally it's not a satisfactory view from the room. I do not recommend

A 1st time stay at the Atlantica Sancta Napa, I will definitely be back! We stayed with a group of friends, from the moment we arrived a till we left it was all perfect! We stayed in the new Annex 2, lovely new part of the hotel, everything you need in your room. Flatscreen tv, coffee machine, mini fridge. Room freshened up everyday with new towels! plenty of storage aswell. Food was amazing, plenty to choose from, breakfast , lunch and dinner stunning! A the deserts! Unbelievable . An if you don’t want to sit in for lunch! The snack bar is open! Again unreal food from there . All the catering staff! What a job they do! Always have a minute to talk, so polite. Rooftop restaurant is perfect, food was top class! Get it booked while you’re there! Lovely setting. My friends renewed their wedding vows up on the rooftop! It was brilliant. The staff did amazing. Both pool bars were good, always having a crack and a good laugh! Plenty of drinks to pick from and they can make a good cocktail . Entertainment was good aswell, they put in a 100% an again always stopping for a crack! Brilliant effort from them. I’ll 100% be back again next year. Missing it already. Thanks to all the at Sancta Napa and Ele! It was perfect! See you next year.

Another fantastic holiday here,this was our 6th visit & has already booked for next year so for 7th time.Honestly, the hotel is very well located, near a beach 3 mins walk,5 mins walk into town but in a quiet location to sleep. The hotel manager, Ms Ele is a very caring & professional person & makes you feel very welcome.All the staff are very courteous & welcoming,big shout out to Beverly, Ali,Deano Abass,all the staff are wonderful very friendly. The food is very good and tasty,lots of variety. We look forward to our 7th visit next year

Another fabulous holiday here at the Atlantica Sancta Napa, from a very smooth check in, to Annexe 2 and to an amazing swim up room. Loved the new bar at Annexe 2, being peaceful and tranquil. A huge thank you to ALL STAFF, the new lady in the snack kiosk lovely and polite too. Some of favourite staff, being Ali and Yiannis sharing a laugh and joke with myself and my husband. (hope I spelt his name correctly) Our room was really nice, and always cleaned thoroughly each and every day. We feel that a little soap dish is needed in the new sink basins. We are now looking for our 3rd trip, as we love the area and close proximity to Pantachou beach and Ayia Napa shops, bars, restaurants, harbour etc. Thank you Ele and all your wonderful staff for a fantastic holiday :)

Fantastic hotel,best All Inclusive we've had,room,pool area,restaurant all spotless.The staff at this hotel cudnt do enough for you and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Manager Ele is always about and will make time for every guest.Food is of a very high standard and well presented, drinks are great and Dino an staff are great craic at the bar.Highly recommend roof top restaurant, George was an excellent host. Unfortunately we had to leave a week early as I had a bad fall crossing road outside and broke my arm management and staff looked after me very well. We will definitely return. What a wonderful hotel to stay at, first time in Cyprus and this hotel made our holiday all the better, food, staff and room were all outstanding, entertainment was great, plenty of sunbeds around the pool to choose from and we have already booked for next year.

It was the second time for us in that woderfull hotel. All is great, food excellent and the stuff, that another case! Those people are just great. This was our first time visiting sancta napa and we have some honest views to share that may help you decide whether you will enjoy this hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel to all ages and demographics, whether you’re a family or a couple or a group of friends. Location: The hotel is within walking distance of a nice beach, the iconic Ayia Napa strip, plenty of varying restaurants and bars and finally has plenty of transport connections. Food: We went all inclusive at the hotel and were pleased with the food and drink. The breakfast was to a good standard with a wide range of fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses, pastries and hot food (usual fry up elements with some Greek/Cypriot dishes). The lunch selection was a great variety each day. There didn’t seem to be a theme for the lunches but it was never the same each day. We’ve been to hotels with more options however there is enough to choose from. The kiosk bar as part of the all inclusive package was the best we’ve ever seen. A wide range of snacks available from after breakfast all the way through to the beginning of dinner. We sometimes skipped the buffet lunch to just eat from the kiosk and relax by the pool. Fresh fruit and sweet treats were also offered which was great. As for the buffet dinner, we were happy with the selection and variation of food each day. There seemed to be very vague themes each night such as Mexican, Greek, carvery to name a few. The food was all kept warm where needed and tasted very nice. Show cooking was offered each night, usually a joint of meat that was freshly prepared and sliced upon request. Overall, our experience of food at the hotel was positive. There wasn’t much we could fault. Drinks: As part of the all inclusive package, we tried some of the cocktails, spirits and beers. Overall, the measures were fantastic in the cocktails and spirits. Very strong drinks all around. We don’t have too much negative to speak on the drinks besides the pina coladas. These are my partners favourite cocktail and she was slightly disappointed with them. They were made with coconut liqueur rather than coconut cream so the taste was fine but it lacked the texture of a real pina colada. We understand that all inclusive cocktails will not be to a fantastic standard however we have been to a sister hotel of Sancta Napa and their all inclusive pina coladas were significantly better because they used coconut cream. Other than this, we were very happy with the drinks at the hotel. Mario and Sylvia in the afternoons and Deano and George in the evenings really took care of us. We enjoyed getting to know the bar crew and they really made the stay special. (For those who care, drinks are served in a mix of plastic glasses or paper cups depending on the bars capacity) Facilities: The swimming pool area was well maintained, with crew collecting rubbish and empty cups regularly. Our stay was perfect. The hotel is in an amazing location close to the beach and bars, shops and a quad bike rental just across the road ! The strip was only 5 minute walk away. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful from checking in to the pool and snack bar, dinner hall. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, rooms were spotless and really nice, stunning view of the sea. Food and cocktails were great. The security guard was so kind and helped us out a lot, similarly the lifeguard also. Everyone we encountered at Sancta Napa were beyond friendly, we were so gutted to go home. We are already planning our next stay in Ayia Napa and will definitely book this hotel again !!! Thanks so much team Sincerely
