This is the second time I come to the hotel. The hotel is located in a very central location, which is about 50 meters away from every main street and about 400 meters from the sea. The hotel has really comfortable rooms that provide really good conditions, a really rich breakfast but the same *** every day. The employees are very helpful and kind and really want to help, I arrived one day and thought to check a hotel closer to the sea, but it was so pleasant that it was really unnecessary to make a change.... Even if I come again I will take this hotel.

Ok location. Suitable for young adults. Average all inclusive, the selection of non-alcohol drinks and snacks could have been better. Rooms were quite ok, but there were some lack of cleanliness. Nice reception staff, in the restaurant we felt rushed.

First thing first. Reception staff could be a little bit more receptive and not quite so aloof. The hotel is kept very clean by an army of workers. We were AI but felt let down by drinks items in particular the price of cocktails. During the daytime the pool bar was served by 10year old boys who was dispatching alcohol to guests. The food is a different story. Cold plates did not help. The quality of the ingredients leaves a lot to be desired. As an ex cook I know you can work wonders with fancy herbs and spices but that does not help poor quality basic items. Rooms are fine with daily servicing. E The lifeguard was a waste of time. He would rather spent his time chatting up young ladies or at other times disapear from view for up to 30 mins at a time. Evening entertainment is vey poor and only available 3 nights out of 7 and just a 3rd rate singer. We had a late check out of 4 hrs which cost 30euros. If you have to spend time at reception on you departure date there are no toilets in reception.

Excellent hotel. It is near the paluatso park. Near shops. Good location. All inclusive is excellent in this hotel. Food is very tasty and there are many choices for vegetarians too. Drinks are good. Room is very clean and all hotel places are clean. Would love to come again

I wouldn't visit this hotel again Small pool. Not enough sun beds for guests. Not enough parking for guests. Bath towels are not changed daily. There were stains on our pillowcases. The two single beds were uneven (not the same high). So as a couple visiting the room, the beds weren't, convenient. The closets and the bedside tables don't have doors or drawers to close, so all your clothes etc are shown. Not even close to a 4 stars hotel. I don't recommend it. I wouldn't visit again.

Really liked the hotel! Rooms were comfortable and cosy, air conditioning was a god send, shower was great! Cleaners came every day and are friendly along with all the other staff! Pool is lovely and clean but can get busy and sometimes there wasn’t enough sunbeds. The pool bar offered lots of seating though! The hotel in general was so modern and stylish and brilliant location! Lost 1 star for the food, in my opinion it was cold and bland and chicken was slightly pink the night we ate there! But my Dad really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Overall would recommend but am happy we didn’t book all inclusive
