3rd time here and it’s still just amazing. It’s the staff that make the holiday, George, Manan, stellios, kostas, Anna… all of them. We had a great time and will be back Oct 26. Food great, clean, tidy. Great range of sun beds, day time activities if you wish. Night time entertainment good especially Freddie Morecurry.

My husband and I booked this hotel through Jet 2 package deals (which were very good by the way). We spent 4 nights. The staff were lovely and welcoming. They were very efficient. The names we recall were Oksana, George, Domitris, Chef Christos at 5One and Fotini. The only down side was the entertainment also there was only one iron and ironing board in a separate room for the entire hotel.

Amazing Bar Staff Manan and George manager, they were perfect, Lovely guys, Fantastic characters and great conversations!! Even with the one bad day of weather they made the day/ experience %100 better. Even on the days with lovely weather, they will always make the day special great customer service. Lovely hotel, very peaceful atmosphere and beach just outside.

Steer clear! We’ve been here 10 days. Paid for a swim up room that was overlooked by a building site. The hotel was SO unhelpful in moving us - to a lesser room - as was the TUI reps so had to speak to someone in the UK. We simply wanted to move. Wasn’t asking for refund or anything even tho we was sold “under false pretenses” This week we weee told the hotel was full but they’ve stopped all entertainment and when we asked the reply was “it’s November it’s not worth it”. The swim up pool was shut up this week again the hotel is full. We found most of the staff unhelpful & the Tui reps (I didn’t get their names) were condescending and arrogant. However Bobbi one of the reps sorted it. Please be very careful if booking here. As long as you are happy with a lesser service you’ll have a great time! We love Cyprus but would honestly put people off coming to this hotel. Tasha Maris you really need to train your staff in customer service! Enjoy your winter break!

I booked this as a surprise for my partner for his 40th birthday. Overall the hotel was lovely. It was clean and domestics came in every day. The shower wasn’t very hot and ours was broken so we had to hold the shower head rather than it clip on the wall. My biggest bugbear was the gluten free issue. My boyfriend is celiac and I’d told the hotel this prior to us arriving. There wasn’t a massive choice but the chef did offer to make him some things whilst we were and what he did eat was lovely. But the drink is an issue. He doesn’t drink cocktails or spirits besides rum at the end of the day. They didn’t have any gluten free option for him to drink. When we asked about it, they said the rum he liked was on the all inclusive plus and we’d both have to upgrade for £54 per day. This was annoying as it’s not lifestyle choice it’s a medical issue. Everywhere sells kopperberg so a nice touch would have been to go and get some of them for him. Whilst I didn’t want to spend too much extra cash we’ve had to as we’ve had too drink outside the hotel so it’s cost us extra money. If you have dietary requirements you’re better going half board here and eating/ drinking out. The staff are pleasant and generally helpful over all and the hotel is in a brilliant location for both nissi beach and aiya Napa harbour. We got the buggies and went out for about 8 hours and seen a lot of this area. You need a driving licence and they hold your passport as deposit.

The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff is very enthusiastic and attentive. The location of the hotel is very good, near the center of Ayia Napa, near the beach, near the Secret bridge. My friend had a birthday and the hotel brings a bottle of champagne to his room, cake and candles for dinner, he had a pleasant surprise.

This hotel is amazing, the food has a great variety and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. A great location with restaurants and bars nearby c a short walk to the beach too. Huge shout out to Mannan, Kostas and Filko behind the bar. We will definitely come back!
