Aqi Pegasos Club

We stayed at the AQI Pegasos Royal Hotel in early June 2025 and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. As a family of four, two adults, a 10-year-old, and our 15-month-old toddler , we couldn't have asked for a better setup. We booked a two-bedroom family suite which was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a brilliant job. Very thorough in cleaning From the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the staff stood out. We arrived late and missed dinner and on checking in were handed bags with Juice, water, salad rolls and snacks A special mention has to go to Yusuf, who looked after us every morning at breakfast and dinner. With a young toddler, things can be a bit hectic, but Yusuf made sure we always had a highchair ready and checked in on us for drinks or anything he could help with. That genuinely made our mealtimes easier and more enjoyable. Little touches like this made a big difference to our overall experience. The hotel is part of a complex of three sister hotels (Pegasos Royal, Resort, and Club), all located on the same stunning stretch of beach, and guests have access to the facilities across all three. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the beachfront was clean and walkable — perfect for a morning stroll or evening wander. The pools were fantastic. Crystal clear, well kept, and with plenty of space for all age groups. The slides were a huge hit with our 10-year-old (and the adults too!). There were always lots of lifeguards on duty, and they were clearly well trained. A shout-out to Mustafa, one of the lifeguards who was always attentive and friendly while making sure everyone stayed safe without taking away from the fun atmosphere. Food-wise, we were really impressed. There was a huge variety at every meal to suit all tastes. From Turkish specialities to international favourites, always fresh and well presented. The selection meant even the fussiest eaters (which there was) had something to enjoy. The fruit was local and worth a try was the smaller C-Shaped bananas which were great The nightly entertainment was top-class, with a new show every evening . Dancing, live music, and performances (Circus, Bike Stunts, Fire) that kept both kids and adults entertained. Our older child loved the kids club, which had loads of engaging activities and friendly staff on all over the day. It was split up into age ranges, so the activities suited the ages. Despite the age gap between our two children, we always found something for everyone to enjoy. The indoor heated pool and spa were a great bonus, especially for winding down in the evenings. It’s clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into offering something for all ages and keeping the experience relaxing and stress-free for families. What really stood out was how many other guests we spoke to were return visitors and now we completely understand why. We’re already talking about booking again for next

This was our 2nd visit to Royal and it was just as excellent as the first. The hotel perfectly equipped for families of all ages. What makes the experience though is the staff. A special mention to Ata and Mahmut in the restaurant who are truly fantastic men. They couldn’t do enough for us and it was an even bigger surprise when we walked in and they recognised not only us but where we liked to sit and what our drinks order was! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ATA karatas , was one of staff in the restaurant, he always goes above and beyond for every single person he , he makes sure everyone is accommodated to their needs, and makes everyone feel so welcome. You never go without! All the staff work extremely hard here , but ATA especially stands out far and wide. :)

My 7th visit to this hotel and i will be returning again later on this year. Absolutely amazing stay yet again. The hotel grounds are amazing very clean and tidy, beautiful surroundings. The rooms are a lovely size large bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. Amazing sea views always worth the upgrade. Where do I start with the staff, our cleaner was amazing always smiling and kept our room very clean and tidy. Ibrahim on the reception desk always goes above and beyond, nothing is ever a problem for him. The restaurant staff are very professional, friendly and polite. Ahmet inside the restaurant is always smiling, very happy and works very hard. Tarik, erol, umut and yusif on the outdoor sitting area of the restaurant and all fantastic very attentive and nothing is ever a problem ever. They all go above and beyond for you. The entertainment team are incredible i must say that Maicom, Abdullah, Halil and Ekin stood out for us, always had a great time with these 4 and made our holiday very entertaining. Memories made to last a lifetime. Adnan at the budda bar is a gentleman, always had a full glass and he is a character. Lots of love for him he will make your day. Olga the public relations manager is lovely always smiling cant wait to see her on my return visit, always approachable for anything. Ozan and Cemal are great managers always speak to guest very attentive with everyone, cant wait to return. This hotel is my second home i love every visit here roll on october.

I have stayed at the Pegasos hotel three times. Two of them were at the Pegasos resort and one was at the Pegasos royal. From July 14 to 25, 2025, I had a wonderful time at our beloved Pegasos royal. As always, the service was excellent. The room and common areas were always clean! The restaurant had a wide selection of delicious dishes that were always fresh. I would like to express my gratitude to the waiter Ahmet Asker, who often served our table. He was always friendly, very attentive, and polite. We were pleasantly surprised by his speed and quality of service. I highly recommend him.
