Great stay! Loved the fire by the pool! One con was the auto light in the bathroom went on and off alll night long :/

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. My husband thought he could get room service from the hotel and he couldn’t. When we arrived, we needed a trolley for our luggage but there wasn’t one available. We were lucky because one of the people who worked for the car valet service helped us take our bags in and up to the 5th floor for check in and then again up to our room. We were very impressed with this young man. We did enjoy our stay though.

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the service in the restaurant. I had breakfast and the waiter never came by to ask how the food was or to refill my coffee. Once he dropped off the food, I was ignored.

Fantastic hotel. Front desk staff was exceptional. The breakfast was incredible. Our waiter and cook were amazing. If I lived in Austin, then I’d regularly eat breakfast at this hotel. Overall a fantastic experience!

We were there six nights and they only made the bed, cleaned the bedsheets, changed the garbage and towels one night during this entire time. I kept requesting and they kept promising but constantly disappointed. After long days at SXSW conference, we kept returning to a room that had not been taken care of. I was extremely frustrated. Also, The music from the street bars below the room that ran all night was terrible as the vibrations were on our head.

really expensive, cheap toilet paper, no guaranteed breakfast, only valet parking if you want to park for free you have to park on this random plot of land. The workers are nice and the rooms are clean you can just get a better hotel for the price of this one in my opinion.

Hotel was very dirty. The hallway to our room had food, garbage, plastic, qtips on carpet & was cleaned 4 days after my complaints. Garbage bags and dirty sheets littered the hallway overnight. Our room was cleaned once during 9 day stay with our garbage piling up and no towels replaced. We also had no soap for 5 days. The a/c didn’t work and the room was too hot to sleep as it never went below 76 degrees and no one would come to fix it. I made many, many trips to front desk and was told “ Dint worry, we’ll take care of it immediately yet nothing was ever done!!!! I spent almost $4000 to stay in a pigsty! They had a coffee maker but only coffee for one day and promised to bring more but never did until day 8 of our stay. Soundproofing was terrible as we heard loud bar music til 2 am every night & again at 9 am. Bathroom lock fell off and remained off as no one came to room to clean or fix anything. We deserve a refund! Expensive hotel, worse than Motel 6!
