Very basic facilities in the room. No service as such. I think it's an old facility which is not upgraded in recent times.

The stay was good but parking facility is not available. They ask to park your car on the sloop which is very stiff. Hotel should think to develop the proper parking.

Room service for drinking water was simply poor. Manager provided only two bottles of 500ml. Vehicle was parked on road with no security. During night about at 11. 00 p. M. Police came to ask why vehicle parked on road. At the time of checkout we were waiting for about 25:minutes. At least hotel management would have served a cup of tea as token of love

Hello, i arranged our family stay at vets aurangabad through make my trip. While the hotel was clean and pleasant, the room service experience was very disappointing. We ordered 8 cups of tea, but they were over-boiled and bitter. After returning them, we asked for 3 fresh cups, which were acceptable. However, during the final settlement, we were charged for 12 cups of tea instead of the 3 we actually consumed. When we brought this to the attention of the restaurant manager, he was rude and unprofessional, refusing to acknowledge the mistake. Additionally, we observed the main restaurant manager treating their trainee waiter poorly. Overall, this experience has left me hesitant to revisit this hotel due to the unsatisfactory room service and unprofessional behavior of the restaurant manager.

Property is not new but it is clean and decent for a short trip. Advantage is it is very close to railway station. Breakfast spread was good and tasty.

1. Hotel, rooms and appliances in completely rundown and broken condition. Completely misleading photo. 2 carry your-self luggage to and from room no staff available
3. If you are driving in, valet parking not available. You have to park outside on the middle of road, which is dangerous. To come back to hotel for picking your luggage, you have to drive around about 800 mtrs outside the hotel. 4. Entry gate is precariously located cutting across vehicular traffic, exit is unbelievable, with broken kachha road
