Sunrise Garden Suites

Lokasinya agak jauh dari kota. Saya merekomendasikannya bagi mereka yang mencari tempat tenang atau bermain golf daripada berwisata. Sangat tenang dan nyaman. Namun, Anda harus memesan kamar Forest View. Sisi seberangnya hanya tempat parkir. Kamar Forest View benar-benar luar biasa (terasa seperti Ubud). Sangat tenang, dan saya suka karena ada parkir gratis. Udaranya segar, kamarnya luas, dan dapurnya sangat bagus. Ada nampan es, jadi Saya membuat es Americano di tumbler saya dan membawanya berkeliling. Sebuah truk kopi buka di tempat parkir di pagi hari. Anda bisa memesan McMorning sederhana ditambah kopi.

Stayed for 3 nights in July 2026. 2 rooms on the ground floor. Quiet hotel, but some suites face the playground which may bring noise during school holidays. Check in process after hours was straight forward by calling the after hours number. The keys were in the lockbox on the wall. The suites are quite nice - spacious and includes basic cooking equipment like pans. Convenient washer/dryer with washing powder provided. However, no Pay TV like Sky, only Freeview channels. Rooms are showing their age - the beds and pillows have been well used and are quite soft now. Did not have a great sleep due to how mushy everything was. Air Con was also dirty as well, had to wipe it clean myself. Location isn’t too convenient, there is a coffee cart in the morning which offers toasted sandwiches and some muffins. There is a bus stop right outside, but not too much food around within a 5min walk. Secure car parking is convenient, the spaces are wide and hardly full. There is a small waterfall / walk behind the hotel, the waterfall looks nice when there has been rain.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the first day, I started feeling extremely itchy. I reported it to the reception immediately, and this should be visible on the hotel's CCTV. The receptionist said they would send housekeeping, but nothing was properly resolved. On Day 2, my son was sitting on the sofa in the afternoon when he suddenly started feeling itchy on his arms and back. Again, this can be verified through the hotel's CCTV. I reported it to reception for the second time. Housekeeping came with nothing more than a spray bottle. They did not thoroughly inspect the room, vacuum, or take any meaningful action. That night, around 12:00 AM, I got up to use the bathroom. When I returned to bed, I saw a small black insect crawling on the bedsheet. I immediately woke my son and checked the bed carefully. We found at least five bugs hiding around the mattress and the headboard. It was absolutely horrifying. I called the hotel, but they simply told us to wait until the next morning. I then contacted Trip.com for assistance. Eventually, at around 2:00 AM, the hotel moved us to another room on the second floor. By then I was so traumatized that I couldn't sleep until almost 5:00 AM. The following morning, I requested a full refund for my 6-night stay because I had already been experiencing itching since Day 1 and had reported it multiple times. However, the hotel only refunded 3 nights and offered nothing more than a simple "sorry." To make matters worse, I found the reception staff to be unfriendly and lacking empathy throughout the entire situation. I chose this hotel because of its good reviews, but my experience was completely different. It was extremely disappointing and traumatic. I am writing this review because I don't want other travelers and families to go through what we experienced. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this issue seriously, thoroughly inspects every room, and improves both its hygiene standards and customer service. We have a very comfortable stay here, the facilities are new and AC is good. Location is also very good too, supermarket, winery and farms can be reached by 10-30min.

這家酒店位於奧克蘭市區偏北位置，屬於公寓式酒店，設施比較齊全。房間內配有洗衣機、微波爐、烤箱和電熱爐，適合多日入住或希望省錢可以自己做飯，整體硬件很新，條件不錯。 但辦理入住時需要特別注意以下幾點，我自己踩的坑分享出來，避免後續客人遇到同樣問題： 1️⃣ 買能打國際電話＋上網的電話卡 2️⃣ 提前完成Check in 3️⃣ 所有人姓名都填完整 4️⃣ 保存好酒店備用郵箱 具體我同步下： 1️⃣ 前台並非24小時服務 酒店在非工作時間（如晚上）是無人值守。我當天下午6:30到達時，前台已關閉，衹能通過門上留下的聯繫電話（國際長途）聯繫工作人員。因此建議提前確認到達時間，儘量在工作時間內抵達。 2️⃣ 必須提前完成網上 Check-in 酒店會提前發送郵件要求填寫入住訊息。請務必填寫所有入住人員的完整姓名，即使攜程預留的名字，如果不錄入也是查不到的，衹能查到網上登記的姓名一致。我當時衹填寫了一位入住人的名字，導致工作人員電話查詢訂單時無法匹配，影響辦理入住。就一定要我發郵件自己確認。 3️⃣ 建議準備可打國際電話的電話卡 如在非工作時間抵達，需撥打門口提供的電話聯繫工作人員。我自己撥打之後，還請攜程幫我，可是攜程衹能嘗試幫忙，但是最後聯繫到公寓和發郵件的還是自己，不過攜程態度好，有積極幫忙處理。建議提前準備可以撥打國際電話並可上網的電話卡，以便及時溝通和收發郵件。 4️⃣ 留意酒店備用郵箱 如郵件溝通出現問題，可嘗試聯繫酒店的預訂郵箱（通常為 reserve@ 開頭的郵箱，攜程裏面有），響應會更快。工作人員電話裏面給我念了一個郵箱，有錯。 總體來説，酒店硬件設施不錯，但入住流程需要提前準備和確認。建議大家出發前完成所有網上手續，並保存好酒店聯繫方式，以免晚間到達時影響入住。
