Well, how to start… we booked a „Suite Executive“ which was supposed to have enough space for the two of us (30sqm), including a dining table to have food in the room.
However, our room had no dining table and was only a bit over 20sqm - a dining table wouldn‘t even fit - and there was no space to properly sit down and eat.
When asking the reception if we accidentally got a wrong room, she confirmed that this was the room we booked. When pointing out that the description on ******* differs and we specifically booked this room for the space to have a decent size room and a dining option, she said ******* must be wrong - no excuse offered.
Upon complaining with ******* they confirmed with the hotel that we got the correct room „Suite Executive“, but in no way reacted to the obvious false advertisement. „The booking is non-refundable and you got the room you booked“
Really *******? I am highly disappointed with the Hotel for the false advertisement, as well as with ******* about their reaction when I complained…
