Auckland Harbour Suites

Secara keseluruhan, ini cukup bagus.

The family suites is perfect! The location is in the CBD area, you can enjoy the major tourist attractions just by walking. Staffs are friendly.

Great Stay! Security was very helpful, even went to meet us at the parking lot to help carry our bags to the lobby. Parking garage entrance is quite squeezy so be mindful if you have a larger car. Got a high level room with nice views, but sadly some of it is blocked by the building under construction beside. Nonetheless, enjoyed our stay very much.

Very convenient location in the city and near the harbour. Close to shopping, restaurants and banks. Well equipped apartment

I stayed at Auckland Harbour Suites for five days. Overall, the hotel offered a good location and comfortable facilities. However, I experienced an incident that I feel is important to share for the awareness of future guests. On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my insulated winter pants (thermal trousers) were missing when I wanted to use them. My wife and I searched the entire room thoroughly, including under the bed sheets, but we could not locate the item. We reported the matter to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue and informed us that they would look into it. I also mentioned that I was not accusing any staff member and that there was a possibility I might have misplaced it. Despite continuing our search later that night, the item was still not found. The winter pants are quite bulky, padded, and lined with thick beige synthetic fur, making them easy to recognise and unlikely to be overlooked. When we returned to our room the following day, we found that the winter pants had been placed on the dining table. I took photos as evidence. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that the item had been found under the bed sheet. I found this explanation difficult to believe, as the pants are large and easily recognizable. While I chose not to argue further, I strongly suspect that the item had been taken out of the room and later returned. While I cannot determine exactly what happened and prove this without further evidence such as CCTV footage, I believe this incident serves as a reminder for guests to take extra care and be mindful of their personal belongings during their stay. I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests and to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

Very disappointing stay overall. The check-in process was extremely slow, and even the room Wi-Fi was broken for the entire night. We called the front desk for assistance and were told it would be repaired, but nothing was fixed, and the staff seemed completely unconcerned about the issue. The reception staff, especially an older lady at the front desk, showed no sense of apology or professionalism regarding the poor service. We booked a two-bedroom suite, but the information on the check-in paper did not match the room key details, which was already confusing. After opening the room, we found there was only one bedroom accessible. We tried calling the front desk, but nobody answered, so we had to go downstairs again. The lady did not apologize at all and simply asked us to continue waiting while she handled things very slowly. Eventually, she explained that one of the bedrooms had been locked and needed to be opened manually. However, she seemed unfamiliar with the process, trying multiple keys one by one, which felt very unprofessional. Although the hotel location is convenient, the room itself was not spacious or particularly clean. The only positive part of the experience was a younger lady at reception the next day when we checked out and stored our luggage, she was much friendlier and more helpful. Combined with the frustrating and inefficient check-in experience, I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Strategic location, clean and well equipped. Highly recommended 👍

Good location (walking distance from queens street, hotel has own car park, reception staff was friendly and helpful. If I come back Auckland, I will stay again.

Good location. Kind and friendly receptionists. We had good time for weeks. But The heater is old type and stops every 30 minutes. The cloth dryer's timer is broken and it doesn't stop.
