Amazing location but hotel service is slow. Maybe during Christmas holiday….overall is great! Penthouse room with awesome pier and ocean view. We enjoy to stay there very much.

An established five-star international hotel with warm and thoughtful reception and skilled business. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is very good, close to the sea. You can go downstairs and walk to the sea. The hotel is also in the harbor. During the stay, I encountered a large cruise ship entering the harbor. It was a real eye-opener. It was an unexpected gain. I have never seen such a large cruise ship up close before. It is more than 300 meters long and about 80 meters wide. It is about a 10-minute walk to Queen Street.

The view from the balcony is amazing. You can see the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. The view from the breakfast room is also great. It was far beyond my expectations, and the service was also very good. The staff helped with parking. I will stay here again next time!!!

The location is by the sea, you can see both sunrise and sunset. Sitting outside the restaurant, the sea breeze is very comfortable. The room is tidy and clean, and the waiter service is attentive.

Two large cruise ships docked and left during the 4-night stay, but I felt a little suffocated for a moment. It felt like a small apartment was parked in front of my house… I wanted to ride it once after looking at the exterior of the cruise ship… The Hilton Auckland breakfast was a bit cramped compared to other places, and the line was long because it was the end of the year, and it was generally distracting. On the third day, I ordered an omelet, but it was barely cooked, so I asked again, and the server asked if I ordered it well-done, which seemed a bit strange, so I said I would make it again, but after a while, it wasn’t an omelet, but it looked like scrambled eggs, which surprised me. I thought it was because the kitchen was busy, and since it was the end of the year, I just let it go, but my husband and I still laugh about having to order an omelet well-done. It’s not far from the airport, so it’s less tiring to get around, and the location is good for getting around, and the Hilton has a unique ship-shaped exterior. You can recognize it at a glance from the Sky Tower.

The location, service and environment are all good, and there are Chinese girls serving.

There is basically nothing to complain about in terms of facilities, hygiene, environment and service, which is in line with Hilton standards. We came here for the sea view of the pier, and we were not disappointed. It is less than 5 minutes' walk to the pier of fuller360 to Waiheke Island, which is super convenient for taking a boat. Fish restaurant is at the end and has a view of the sea on both sides. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Although it is close to the pier, it doesn't feel noisy.
