Ulasan Fairfield Inn & Suites Atmore

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was so clean that I could smell the freshly used cleaning products. (That is HUGE to me, even more now that we've lived through Covid.) I loved how caring and patient the front desk staff was especially when I was very nervous about the storms. This was my first trip to Atmore but, if I come down again, this is where I will stay.

Nicer of most of the hotels I have seen or stayed at in this area. Clean, inviting friendly staff! The whole experience all around was fantastic!

Excellent Staff very courteous and pleasant. The rooms were very clean although the mattresses can be more comfortable. Don't take me wrong ,this isn't a complaint because I will be back regardless if U change them or not. I love the breakfast with the choices of things to prepare and eat.

Nice room and the bed was very nice making for an excellent night sleep.

Comforter had stains on it. No transportation to the ******. Room was pleasant. Bathroom had stuff all over it and was smeared up. Around the toliet had hair and the pool was shut down. It was one of the reasons besides the transportation we booked here.. The staff was real great.

Bathroom door would not close, the shower floor felt like it was going to cave in. The sheets on the bed was very old and didn’t fit. The pillows was very flat and old. The toilet was old and yellow

The property was great - but the room Was totally unprepared Ohone and TV had cables unattached. Refrigerator was iced and not cooling. Only one employee in attendance to check folks in and handle complaints.

The staff was super friendly. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected - had fantastic tasting bacon as an option.

When we checked in there was someone ahead of us. The front desk clerk acknowledged us standing waiting immediately. She was very friendly and showed a sense of urgency knowing there were others waiting to check in. We got checked in quickly and went to our room. The room was clean. We tried to turn on the TV but it wasn't working. Called down to front desk and the lady that checked us in answered. She was at our room within a few minutes and had our TV working. I mentioned there wasn't any hangers in the room, without hesitation she was so helpful in getting the hangers for me. She was amazing and we will definitely stay here again.

Everything has always gone well except breakfast. The taste of the food is not good at all. I’m not sure if it’s the quality or what. Even the coffee seems to be watered down.

We have stayed here in the past but this may have been the worst experience we have had, we checked in and everything went smooth but after we unloaded everything got the kids settled in, we went to make the pull out couch and we didn't have any extra sheets or pillows, so I went down to the front desk and got some. After making that bed up, I went to put the kids in the shower and there wasn't a shower curtain, I called down to the front desk and she said she would see what she could do, after about 30 minutes I just bathed the kids with out the shower curtain and took a shower myself and just cleaned up the water on the floor that got out of the shower. The next morning I asked again and a house keeper came and put a shower curtain up for us.

In the middle of night heater/ac broke sounded awful we turned I off called front desk was no given option to change rooms. Slept awful room was way too warm

Reported to the front desk about our room being dirty, she didn’t seem to care about that. Reported our bathroom sink did not drain but it indeed did leak with water on the floor from sink to bathtub. This property is not old but needs new lamps without nasty “stuff” stuck on them, no USB ports for cell phones, needs a cleaning and a remodel. We’ve stayed here several times, we won’t be going back until they clean it up.
