We stayed at the Stonehurst Place on a whim and are so glad that we found this gem! The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in the Eaves, which we really enjoyed. It was the best bed and breakfast that we have stayed at. We plan to stay here next time we are in Atlanta.

I really can't say enough great things about Stonehurst. We stayed here a few days before and after our wedding. It was incredibly special. The owners (Kris and Jason) were extremely attentive and hospitable. The rooms were very clean and the snacks were perfect and right on time. Jason's cooking skills are unmatched. The white cheddar grits and breakfast bread pudding that were served on Saturday were some of the best dishes I've had in my whole life. My husband cannot wait to return for our anniversary.

Our seond time to Stonehurst in 2024. We highly recommend staying in any of the rooms. We had the Stedman room in the carriage house on this trip. (Hinman previously) Everything is first class. We look forward to a made to order breakfast. Jason and Kris and wonderful hosts. The house, rooms and furnishings are a cut above others.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying here before, and each visit reaffirms why it’s my favorite retreat in Atlanta. The personal touches are what truly set Stonehurst Place apart. From the beautifully curated décor to the thoughtful details in every room, it feels as though every element has been designed to delight the senses. The beds are sumptuous, the linens heavenly, and the ambiance is pure tranquility. And then there’s the breakfast—absolutely divine! Every bite is a testament to the skill and passion of the team, and it’s the kind of breakfast that lingers in your memory long after you’ve returned home. Stonehurst Place is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or simply a luxurious haven in the city, this boutique inn exceeds every expectation. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Stonehurst Place deserves every accolade it is receiving! The house is clean, beautiful, and exquisitely decorated; but nothing feels fussy. Kris and Jason have thought of every detail and are wonderful hosts. High points: - The common areas feel inviting and relaxed. - Breakfast was delicious in every element. As a coffee-lover who has had to cut back on caffeine, a French press of excellent decaf was a special treat! - The bed and linens were great. - Everything felt private, but Kris and Jason were reachable and gracious. We stayed for a weekend in the Eaves room and loved it. The room is bigger than it looks in photos, although the caution on the website for taller guests is probably worth heeding. From what we’ve seen and read, every room is great. Really just a wonderful stay!

Really enjoy nice B&B's especially those with history. Stonehurst was built in 1896 & has been very well maintained. Everything about our stay from the room to amenities and breakfast were 5 star. Kris & Jason are also fantastic innkeepers! They make sure everything is just right for your stay. Location is fantastic as well. This is the place!

Kris and Jason are excellent hosts. Although the property is in midtown Atlanta, it feels more like a garden. Kris and and Jason serve an outstanding breakfast, and provide snacks, drinks, coffee and assorted teas throughout the day. The house is on the historic registry with numerous places to relax and converse.

This place was absolutely fantastic. It was everything we had hoped for and so much more. Both owners were so sweet and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Mrs. Lahman even helped us make sure we made it to the right place since it was our first time in Atlanta. The breakfast was not just phenomenal, but the set up was absolutely adorable. Our room was very clean, well taken care of, and most of all cozy! It was the best sleep I’ve had in a while. I definitely recommend.
