Ulasan Crowne Plaza Atlanta - Midtown

The location is simple superb, located just right in the middle of two MATRA stations and stone throw away from major attractions in the city and walking distance to famous restaurants and markets, making your stay so convenient.

Really sweet staff! Bathroom clean, sheets clean, BUT the furniture was dusty, carpet genuinely disgusting and obviously had not been vacuumed in a long time (I kept my shoes on whenever I was not in bed) and the bed frame was seriously gross too and needed a vacuum.  I didn’t mention it to the staff because I’m British and we don’t complain 😅  I ate a quesadilla from the restaurant (no room service but you can get it takeaway) that was pretty good and the portion was big. Ordering Uber eats was also an easy process as they leave it in the lobby. Would stay again but next time would say something to the staff and ask for a room clean.

Great location, a few minutes walk to Civic station Marta station. Rooms are a little dated but fully worth the price.

The hotel was located at the center of downtown Atlanta...the subway station (north ave) was only 1 min walking distance from the hotel. Good service and good location and good price. I would stay here again next time travel to Atlanta.

The hotel infrasctructure is quite decent, the rooms are big and the beds are confortable. On the down side, the halls do not smell well and trash bags are scattered outside some rooms and not picked-up quicly. The gym is very good and the breakfast buffet is not so bad.

The hotel was non stop busy at the front desk and the elevators were always backed up because of it.

There need to be toothbrush, toothpaste, and drinking bottle water inside the room complimentry for each guest.

Room might need a little update, specially the bathroom. Facilites are great, staff was quite kind. Location is really good.

The room was okay for a weekend stay but there’s basically no light in the room even after turning on everything. The noise coming from the nearby highway isn’t actually that bad but you can hear it. Also the breakfast is not included providing a higher charge altogether, however it was really filling and the staff was great.

Very nice hotel, price was fair, location and the amazing front desk staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite. That's what we need more in America. Great job people

The from desk people were great! However, I left the do not disturb hanger on my door before I went out and when I came back it was inside my room. I didn’t want housekeeping to come. As a solo woman traveler, had I been in the room that would’ve been an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situation. The photos were taken prior to checking out (I always try to clear the trash and consolidate the dirty towels to make clean up easier).

Average hotel the lobby is good but the rooms are average rooms and not really clean but in total it’s an okay hotel
