The hotel is about 5 min from the metro station Omonia. However, it is probably not the safest place to walk around. The staffs are always busy among themselves so it is quite challenging to ask for help. The elevators are quite small. Although there are more than one elevators, they are not very visible. The selection of the breakfast is surprisingly good. The room design is a little weird. The bathroom and the toilet are separated, while the handwash basin is outside near the bed.

The hotel staff are friendly, courteous, attentive, and helpful to guests. The Facility is excellent and had a Gym Room in the Hotel, The location is excellent.

1st night was in lower floor, horrible experience as outside windows are all air conditioner engines, very noisy that I can only sleep with a earphone. Recommend to be careful as of potential noise even you close all windows.

A lovely hotel with excellent amenities. The location is not in the best part of the city, particularly if your room is facing the church as you eill hear the bells quite loudly in the morning and throughout the day. The staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful. Breakfast is excellent and very fresh.

We were given a welcome drink at the reception, what a surprise! All staff are helpful and polite. We booked a family room for 4 nights. In the last night, unfortunately the air conditioner didn't run. After checking, the night-shift colleague immediately opened two new twin rooms for our family. He has turned our problem into praise. We highly appreciate his work.

Now that it was my 2nd stay in the hotel, I can confirm that everything is very good. My room this time had a street view. And only small remark on the design of the room: it's not very convenient having a bathroom quite far from the toilet.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was average and not enough seating. Room was clean although on our 3rd day the room was not serviced until 4pm when we were back in the room.
