The facility was very clean and had a balcony so I was able to relax. It was also very convenient as it was close to restaurants.

The staff was nice, but there were two smokers in the room, so it smelled really bad. The sheets were very thin, so I had to cover myself with The sheets plus my towel and it still made me cold. The street and the door to the room are very noisy. I had an awful night's sleep. The bathroom was always wet with dirty water. despite being close to tourist attractions on foot, the surroundings of the place are a little strange.

Booked this hotel as my friend needed a nap from the heat. It's in the Arab/Indian/Pakistani side of Athens (I say this as a Birmingham South Asian) so might not be everyone's cup of tea but felt like Small Heath in Birmingham to us 😂 The receptionist was extremely friendly and couldn't fault her. The room was quite dingey and it was a shared bathroom. Great for an emergency but wouldn't spend longer than a quick nap there

Paddles of dirty water in the room , people walking around almost naked after using the showers . Smell of **** and the location of the hotel in the worst part of Athens . Gentleman from the reception came and mopped and disappeared without even apologizing for the mess the floor of the room was like it wasn’t clean for a while now .

The neighborhood is very busy due to the local market (agora) located nearby and that's why the scenery does not seem clean - however, not all Athens is the same. Location close to everything, just the street that is on is looking old and some people might be put off. We felt safe walking on this street. Stuff very helpful particularly a young lady went beyond and above to help including booking a taxi for us for 2:30am. Thank you young blonde lady didn’t get your name. Reading some reviews are bad but we had the best experience here.

First thing is that the staff member is very rude. The second thing is that I booked the room for two nights my booking was at 12 o'clock but they don't give me room key and I was outside the hotel on the road for five hours on night time, They gave me the hotel key 5AM, the next day they asked me for more money to stay, then I left the hotel at the same time.
