It has a very small but secured lobby with very helpful ladies (Angela and Stella) mending the reception. They were both very prompt in addressing our queries and helped us to book car and driver/guide for our side trip to Meteora. We had an awesome 2BR family suite and had breakfast served in our suite. Breakfast was cooked in the hotel's kitchen before being brought in. They even brought in a small cake for my husband's birthday. Location of hotel is very good, all key sights and shopping and food are within walking distance. Greatly recommended!!

The Service was very helpful in organizing Short Trips as well as in recommending nearby activities and places.

This hotel was in an excellent location and easily walkable to Athens main attractions. The rooms were immaculate and the 2 bedrooms with sofa bed were very comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered to our room daily. The staff was helpful and even delivered a slice of cake to my son for his birthday without us even mentioning his birthday (I'm assuming they got his bday from passports at check in). Great hotel and wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Perfect hotel for families or larger groups.

We had a wonderful stay at Athens Ikon. First of all, the staff members were all friendly and helpful. You can ask them anything, they’ll help you anyway they can. Then, you can’t beat the location. Situated in Plaka, it’s close to everywhere, walkable to most tourist attractions, and many choices of transportation. The rooms are spacious, amenities accommodating, breakfast in your suite is the best. Overall, our stay was outstanding, and a great appreciation to all staff members.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff really made it so enjoyable. The hotel was lovely, location great and breakfast was also superior.

The trip is for 2 months and we decided to stay in Athens for a week. The Ikon Hotel was an excellent choice and the reception, house staff, (especially Stella) were fantastic with their support and assistance. Food ( breakfast) had many great choices. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom combo.

This was a very pleasant stay with spacious rooms and in an excellent location. The hotel staff are made up of the nicest people you can find. We left some items in the room and they were so kind enough to follow up with me to make sure I received my belongings. I have family that lives in Athens so I will definitely be coming back and you can bet I will be staying here again. PS The breakfast rocks!!

The staff of the Athens Ikon hotel were the most attentive and helpful that I've ever seen. They assisted with dinner reservations, things to do in the city of Athens, and overall care for us as guests. They definitely went above and beyond, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was delivered to our suite as well. Overall, we were very impressed, and would certainly stay again!

In a great location for exploring Athens on foot. Very pleasant staff who were extremely helpful. Immaculately clean. Only possible improvement would be Western style coffee maker in room. We could only make espresso, but realize that is the local favorite. Overall a wonderful stay and we will return.

The staff members, especially Anasthasia and Stella are very helpful and kind. They made transport and dining arrangements for us which made our stay even more wonderful! I highly recommend this place!

One of the best quality for price ratios of any hotel I've stayed at. The location, room size, and seevice were all incredible. The neighborhood can be energetic until nearly 11pm, but everything else more than makes up for it. A
