The General Manager Tim is the most attentive, helpful, enthusiastic, and considerate hotel staff member I've ever met, and I've stayed in luxury hotels. He really cares about the guest experience. All the staff is warm and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. My king bed mattress was much more comfortable than Sleep Inns I've stayed in on the east coast. The bed was perfectly made, clean, and fresh. In-room microwave and mini fridge were clean, modern, and worked well. The air conditioner is very effective. Well-lit and safe parking lot. Carpets are clean. Shower is much larger than other Sleep Inns I've stayed in. Unlike some hotels, all the A/C outlets worked, and I had plenty of convenient outlets to charge my iPhone, laptop, extra batteries, etc. Good lamp lighting and natural light from window. In-room wifi works well, and I was able to stream YouTube videos. They serve a free breakfast and even some dinner, but I was not available to check those out. My only notable wish is for nicer towels, as the towels were a bit thin and feel cheap. But the towels are clean and well-maintained. A great option for an affordable hotel.
