Elgalala Aqua Park

Vwry friendly faces.. wonderful aqua park.. nice weather..

I give the place 7 over 10 . Rooms were big and clean except the rug was kinda dirty. The park is great for kids and the rides are in good condition and fun. The buffet wasn’t that great, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast much and dinner was ok.

Bad place poor cleaning swimming pools. Unsafe short staff (life guards) not enough at swimming pools no safty and no instructions at the slides and long waiting at entrance gate to enter.long waiting to take the lunch and go to two times to take the lunch.

الاعلان عن الجلالة اكوا بارك بيقول اكبر حديقة في الشرق الاوسط هو الكلام مش ببلاش طبعا، بس مبدا اني اجيب الالعاب واكررها وافردها في منطقة واسعة واسميها اكبر حديقة مش يخليها اكبر حديقة والاعلان عن الحديقة ان فيها اكثر من 60 لعبة مش فاهم ازاي الا اذا كان مثلا تمثال سبونج بوب وهو بيرش مية يعتبر لعبة وهكذا يبقي كدا العدد صح ثانيا اسعار المية والشاي مغالاة فيها لاقصي درجة رغم ان الخدمة مش 5 نجوم ثالثا الالعاب بيريحوها ساعة مش عارف علشان المواتير ولا علشان ما فيش موظفين لو علشان المواتير يكلموا دول الخليج ويشوفوا الاكزا عندهم مواتيرها اية ويشتروها رابعا في زحاليق المية فيها مش كفاية علشان تتزحلق وتصميم الالعاب طبعا مصري يعني تفكير ناس مش متخصصة العاب اساسا خامسا ببساطة لو قارنت بين وايلد وادي دبي او ياس اكوا بارك ابو ظبي ودي يبقي تعتبر فاشلة يعني الفرق كبير ومش مبالغة لان العاب اكوا مش زحليقة وبس ونشكلها وخلاص وكل شوية راحة! سادسا في المجمل مكان كويس لو ما فيش رحلة باص جايب شباب تسمع منهم الفاظ وتشوف مناظر غلط، المكان كويس بحسابات مصر بس لما اطلق عليها اكبر في الشرق الاوسط يبقي كدب بين سابعا انا كنت فى وايلد وادي دبي وياس ابو ظبي والاتنين عمري ما انا او اللي معايا اتجرحنا، علي عكس دي كلنا اتجرحنا جروح بسيطة بس اتجرحنا the advertisement said the biggest in the middle east! talking is free, how come this is the biggest, if by baggiest we get a number of games and spread them on a vast area, yes it is big , if they say more than 60 games, how come? if you count spongbob statue spraying water is a game and so on, yes it has more than 60 games Second, prices of water and drinks are very expensive more than a 5 star hotel, with a 3 star service third, they shut down the games for an hour which is weird, is it because a way to rest the motors or not enough staff and some games are not works like an hour only during the day like the wave one, if the motors are an issue, they should ask the parks in the Arabian gulfs about their motors in their heat and get them forth, water in some slides are less which means sliding is tricky, as well all games are manufactured in Egypt and mostly Egyptian design, whom does not have any actual designing of safety and fun fifth, if i compare the fun, variety and size between this park and wild wadi Dubai or YAS aqua park Abu Dhabi, this one losses below zero six, in general if you have not been to any other place outside Egypt, it will be good place, hoping you would not have a trip bus full with youth whom would come and behave badly finally, i have been to the one in Dubai and the one in Abu Dhabi, none of them we got any injuries, but here, we all got injuries, small, but still and injury showing the none safe design

Very poor service even in meals especially dinner as they didn't offer any soft drink just water only and no varity in open buffet items, also pools unclean and not organized well as no rules applied on pool timing or Aqua timing, management not qualified or trained well to operate hotel as they haven't any proactive action upon guests complaints, my recommendation to find another private hotel if u need Aqua pools. I Will never repeat visiting such place again.

Worst travel experience I had in my life Pools are extremely dirty Staff is untrained, not friemdly, pushing you for tips Poor food, over rated with zero variety and unhealthy Wooden bridges and stairs with sharp edges dangerous to children Aqua park is very bad Even at a cheap price the experience would be painful and a waste of money and time Obviously place management is either unexperienced or abscent. أسوأ تجربة سفر عيشتها في حياتي حمامات السباحة في منتهى القذارة الأكل غالي جدا مقارنة بجودته الرديئة وغير متنوع ولا صحي جسور وسلالم خشبية بحواف حادة وعالية وخطرة على الأطفال الأكوا بارك سيئة وضعيفة حتى بسعر رخيص تعتبر تجربة مؤلمة ورديئة ومضيعة للمال والوقت واضح ان ادارة المكان اما انها غير خبيرة او غير موجودة

Stafff are so nice they will always happy to serve you . And very helpful . My stay was great relaxing if you want a quiet place to saty
