Open terrace and balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the area.Due to the size of the house, the pool and whirlpool you must expect higher costs for heating than in a normal pool house. The season and irregular weather conditions and/or usage of the facilities can result in higher consumption (per wkke DKK 2.000 - 6.000). Max 8 people allowed in the house at all times. From the living room there is direct access to the office with a good sound system; an incredible space with a ceiling height of 4 m with a roof and gable partly in glass.The house has a direct grass path to the water.
