This was a great stay! I made an error in my booking but the hotel clerk was very accommodating and not only got us a room, but booked us an upgraded room to look out onto the garden/creek. It was truly lovely! Pleasant staff -

The air/hater was broken and made a lot of noise. The hair dryer did not work and our key card would not to get back into the bldg from the creekside entrance. We advised the front desk but they said sometimes it doesn’t work.
We have stayed here many times but this time we were disappointed.

The Plaza Inn is conveniently located and everything was excellent. Our room was spacious, the continental breakfast was well-stocked, and the staff was pleasant and attentive.
They seem to have made several positive improvements since our last stay 2 years ago.

The Plaza Inn & Suites has been our go-to place to book accommodation for years when we visit Ashland. Nearby, there's a beautiful creek running through Lythia park where we love to take walks, plus terrific dining choices and great shops lining Siskiyou Blvd.
And now, we're even more grateful for the service and attention we've been afforded there. I had left my phone charger in our room, and only noticed it was missing on the drive back home. I called and the the young man I talked to immediately took time to make sure it had been located and offered to send it out right away. It arrived very promptly, so he did just that.
Thanks for your help; we'll be back!

This is a nice place and close to the theaters and restaurants. You only have to walk about a block to be in the middle of everything. Its very comfortable and pretty.
