Meja depan menyetujui keterlambatan check out
dan kemudian menelepon dan mengganggu kami untuk keluar dari kamar sebelum kami ditagih satu malam lagi. Itu mengerikan dan ketika saya menelepon dan meminta tindak lanjut, manajer Maria tidak melakukan apa pun dan tidak pernah menjawab. Ashland is always a treat. We never stayed at this facility before. It was a short, but restful stay
The intake clerk and breakfast staff were especially pleasant and helpful.

Lovely stay in Ashland. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. There is lots to do downtown Ashland. So many cute restaurants and shops! Definitely would stay again.

Staff is top notch. Older property but VERY well maintained. Pretty quiet. Breakfast is standard cheap continental. Only drawback I saw is the heat/AC is one of the through the wall type that turns on and off all night. You should be able to select continuous fan in any setting but no such option. I would stay here again.

Really convenient place to stay with easily walkable brew-pub just along the road and a nice couple of good restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff have always been very helpful and welcoming.

The lady checking me in was super ⭐️ star! She in rolled me into the rewards card that gives me points none has ever asked me if I wanted to join! She was super friendly and helpful:) My room was excellent

The people working there are really great. The coffee machine wasn’t working, the hairdryer was terrible in the room and the sheets are unpleasant to sleep in.

I loved the size of the room, the jetted tub worked perfectly - service was wonderful and breakfast had enough basic options as I’m gluten free and the eggs were good.
Coffee & creamer options excellent, good gym as well. Overall very satisfied.
Something to note: I would love to have at least 1-2 water bottles in room and also a robe. These are essentials when traveling for extra comfort.
