Kelsey provided great customer service. She was welcoming and had a great personality for this job. The hotel was bright and clean! And I loved the Christmas tree. This hotel offered gym and free breakfast! You can't beat it. Will be back!

We have stayed in this hotel previously, it is our stopping off point as travel north to visit family. We've been satisfied with the staff, amenities offered, and cleanliness of the lobby and rooms we had previously stayed in. Our visit on 9/29/2024 was disappointing in the cleanliness of our room. The floor as absolutely filthy, you could actually see a ring of dirt on the floor which was about 4-6 inches away from the baseboard. Too tired from driving all day we opted just keep our socks on and go to bed. Regretted that decision in the morning when I could clearly see the extend of dirt on the floor.

While the staff was friendly this was sadly not in line with all the other Trus I have chosen to stay at. The room was tidy - not as clean as I would have expected for a relatively new hotel - so I can’t imagine it will get better! The water pressure was weird- great at the sink but a trickle in the shower. Breakfast was totally lame.

My last stop and unfortunately a TRU that disappointed. Hotel is seriously right on the highway the on ramp is feet from the parking lot. Road noise is very loud so bad that its not worth the time to book this place. The woman at the front desk was rude and nasty. The surrounding area isn't very nice a truck stop in front of it, highway behind it and a very shady rundown motel to the side. For the second consecutive night the door to my room looked like it was broken in to. How on earth is this not fix and why does it have this damage? Makes you wonder how safe this property really is. Room was in dire need of a cleaning, stains all over the walls and floors. The shower pan was one of the dirtiest I've ever seen at any hotel. I really think they don't clean the rooms at all here. Even the soap dispensers weren't secured to the wall so easily could be tampered with. Very disappointed with this stay, I'd never return.

I am deeply disturbed by the level of unprofessionalism and hostility displayed by the front desk clerk. I am appalled that a Hilton staff member would resort to such behavior, especially when I was simply trying to extend my stay. I am a loyal Hilton customer and a diamond member, and I have never been treated with such disrespect. The fact that I had to involve the police due to the threats made against my property is absolutely unacceptable. I was genuinely afraid for the safety of my belongings and felt compelled to stay on the property to ensure their security. Furthermore, the lack of assistance from the management is equally concerning. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have been unable to reach anyone. I am left feeling ignored and dismissed, which only adds to the distress caused by this incident. I am deeply disappointed and hurt by this experience. I have always held the Hilton in high regard, but this incident has hurt me. I sincerely hope that the Hilton takes this matter seriously and ensures that no other guest has to endure such a horrifying experience.
