Kelsey provided great customer service. She was welcoming and had a great personality for this job. The hotel was bright and clean! And I loved the Christmas tree. This hotel offered gym and free breakfast! You can't beat it. Will be back!

Staff were friendly. Beds were hard and room was small . Guess we were expecting a bit more for our money

Outstanding customer service at check-in, checkout, housekeeping. I was greeted very warmly and treated well. My room was clean and a nice size. Unfortunately, my window shade did not go all the way down so I had to sleep with the light coming in. And, someone next to me used a loud machine (not sure what it was) that kept me up. Also, someone was running back and forth above me. I did not complain so maybe I missed an opportunity to get these issues resolved. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

When we came into town for a swim meet, was initially questioning my choice as the hotel is tucked away behind a trucker lot. It was easy enough to navigate around those facilities. There was ample parking directly in the front of the hotel and the building looked bright and new. Upon entering the hotel, we first encountered a gentleman that was working with another guest. He immediately acknowledged us and said he would be right with us. Another staff member heard us and came to the desk right away to check us in for our stay. Having stayed in three hotels in about as many weeks, her demeanor and pride in service was noticeable and appreciated. The room was clean and well-appointed. Although small, the space was efficient with plenty of storage, outlets, and a spacious bathroom. Another thing that stood apart for us was the atmosphere of the lobby/lounge area. Although we were in town for an event and weren’t able to take advantage of this space, it was wonderful to see the other guests engaging with each other and enjoying the T.V. and games. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Comfortable and clean. There is a $50 charge for pets, but we were able to have him with us for breakfast in the lounge area which is a huge benefit. Felt very safe.

Loved the facility and staff. Unfortunately, someone attempted to break into my King Ranch while we were there. They set off the car alarm in the middle of the night as they pried, and broke, the pushbutton lock out of my door. Such a shame as the property is a delight.

I stay in the area monthly. I travel with my med alert 8lb. canine. I always carry her papers, yet I was told by your neighbor Springhill Suites, they were not allowed to ask. SOSi walked into lobby with me. The desk clerk said there was a charge. I told her she was a med alert. She stated,” if she is just emotional you need to pay” It was dark & raining, but I went to car to get her the papers. She never made eye contact with me after that. I felt un welcomed. The next am I arrived late for breakfast. 9am. All left was cereal & packaged oatmeal. I asked. I got oatmeal & water. Then housekeeping staff came & was given bread for toaster. I would not stay there again.

I'm a bit of a conservation nerd, and this property made me very happy in that there weren't multiple trashcans with trash bags...there was a bag if I needed it. The accommodations in the room were not elaborate...which I loved. Hard surface floors made me feel like it was cleaner than a carpeted floor. And I easily found a water bottle refill station. And for folks with families, there was a great gathering spot downstairs with games and food. I'm a new fan of Tru!

The women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
