Four Points by Sheraton Asheville Downtown

A great and affordable option for downtown Asheville. It is next to the highway, but our room faced the city center and was very quiet. Within walking distance of all of downtown’s main sights. Highly recommended!

The location was good. It was walkable to downtown Asheville. However, the first impression of the hotel was not good as there was a homeless person plugged in to the building near the entrance. This was not a good first impression of the hotel. When I asked about it, they said oh he’s plugging in His phone, versus telling me that they would have him move on. The hotel could use some updates

my room was on highway aside. the traffic was loud! the walls are thin. the tv in the next room could be heard loudly in my room. the staff was amazing!

Did not exceed expectations, but was what we expected. Service was excellent, but amenities were limited, and the hotel could use some remodeling (drab colors, worn out carpets...)

The location has been the deciding factor for both of my stays there. Easy access to major roads, a large free parking lot and simply cross one street and you begin your walking tour of Asheville’s historic downtown area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A 5th star would be achieved if they included a nice breakfast Buffett .

The staff and everyone at the hotel was awesome. Loved their stay. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. Didn’t get woke up once.

The staff were very helpful and kind. I do think the pics online are a little misleading as we expected it to be a bit fancier but other than being a little dated it was a nice hotel and very clean. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted. Nothing was more than a 15-20 min walk. I’d recommend and we will definitely stay here again.
