Excellent service as always I have been a few times now and stayed over /day spas I have been coming for 3 years. Catrina is always so polite and friendly and service is always great . Thankyou Catrina for your great service. Good variety of salads and mains Dr S Tan

We had a sales meeting at the hotel and spa and the service we received was first class. Catrina was super helpful and catered for all the needs of the team with zero fuss, ensuring we were fully stocked with hot coffee and tasty snacks. Great venue.

Felt like an old people’s home No atmosphere Rooms are very tired and dated Curtains ripped NO double beds just 2 single beds pushed together, very uncomfortable and kept falling down the gap Spa treatments were automatically booked 2 days apart from each other which is very odd when you come with your partner Drinks very expensive, nearly £40 for 2 drinks Dinner was not nice at all, we paid extra for the steak but left most of it due to the meat being fatty, if you eat steak you could tell it was just cheap cuts Very strong chemical lemon smell outside of our room Choose another spa

We have visited Champneys Springs many times over the years. It’s always been relaxing. Treatments, gym, ground (especially for a walk) and spa are all good and relaxing. The lunch, dinner and breakfast has been good too. The shops and public areas are welcoming. I had to write this review following our last visits and extra special service from Katrina in the restaurant at Champaneys springs who took time to speak to us, make us feel welcome and recommend amazing dishes based on our dietary requirements. Furthermore, Anais did cloud nine treatment for me and it was great. She really listened to my needs and work on the areas that needed work. She was very professional, and her recommendations were great.

Really enjoyed our stay at Champneys for our yearly European Sales conference. Catrina and the team looked after us well and couldn’t be more helpful. Nice touch to have use of the full spa facilities in downtime. Looking forward to the next one.

I did not expect coming here but it was a surprise from the wife. The massage i received from sharifa i think was really good. Oscar was brilliant and provided great service to us including megan. Great team of people beautiful location. Recommend it to all.

Brilliant stay at champneys springs with friends. From booking in with Lewis who was excellent to the whole 2 days. Food was amazing with lots of choices. The rooms were fantastic and we were looked after by Jude from housekeeping who was very professional and so friendly. Can't wait to go back

A fabulous experience made to feel very welcome by all staff. Bedrooms so comfy warm clean and well serviced. Food was so well cooked and tasty ! Service excellent in restaurants. Pool clean and warm a never ending supply of clean towels. Only criticism not enough sun beds around the pool. I can’t wait to go again!

I had the loveliest peaceful time, everyone was fabulous as we're facilties and room. Shout out to sasima and rowan at the bar who made me feel welcome on my own, Jessie for her wonderful massage and Lewis on reception thank you all so much had the best relaxing time.e
