Felix Hotels - Country Resort Parco Degli Ulivi

This was our second time at Parco Degli Ulivi and we still love it! The location is beautiful and so peaceful, tucked away from the bustle of tourists. It's the perfect place to disconnect and relax! There are some of the nicest beaches on the island, just 10 minutes drive away. The rooms are located throughout the beautiful grounds, so it feels very private. Breakfast offers plenty of choice and is always good quality. We also ate dinner at the restaurant a few times and the food is generally delicious and fresh. Good wine list too! Rooms are perhaps a little dated in style but they are very comfortable and offer all modern comforts, including a Nespresso coffee maker. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Hope to be back a third time!

The accommodation is charming, the staff friendly, the pool clean, and the food amazing. However, you 100% need a car there is no public transport or taxis. The restaurant closes at 9.30pm. There is no bar open in the evenings. If you want total relaxation in a quiet rural setting this is perfect. There are local beaches which are easy to drive to.

l've spent 8 days in this quiet, rural hotel, located on the outskirts of Arzachena. Accommodation is traditional and charming - double room I had booked was furnished in classical Sardinian style that I really liked and had a lovely balcony with a view of well maintained garden. Cleaning standards are high and the whole area of the hotel is kept beautifully neat and tidy. Facilities are comfortable and practical. There's plenty of parking space, swimming pool is of a great size, although the water temperature was a bit cold. Very good breakfast with friendly and welcoming staff, greeting guests from early morning. I was glad to be able to check in a bit earlier, as I had arrived in the hotel just after 12 pm and was also offered a late checkout option upon my request. Staff at the reception was always welcoming and helpful. The only criticism I have is about the pool bar where I once had lunch and thought the service was not particularly customer oriented, not to mention a rather poor quality of the meal l ordered. It was a tiny portion of pasta with literally 3 mussels in it and was not hot enough. Also what is the point of serving bread rolls on the side, when the customer doesn't even get a small side plate with separate cutlery for it and some olive oil and butter? Little things definitely need to be improved at lunchtime in the pool bar. It does not come as a surprise, that this part of the hotel is not often used by customers as l've noticed during my stay. Overall, Parco Degli Ulivi is an ideal option for relaxing and unwinding in a peaceful and scenic Sardinian countryside, with all the attractions of beautiful Costa Smeralda within reach.

Ambience, food, room, comfort and most of all the staff - all excellent. A superb hotel. I recommend dining in the hotel restaurant at least once - absolutely superb, 5 star quality

Very quite resort with a beautiful pool and wakable areas surrounded by olive trees, aromatic flowers and other vegetation. The lady at the reception was very kind and provided us with valuable information about restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas, she offered us to take umbrella for the sun while we were visiting the beaches, she helped us to make reservation at the hotel's restaurant which by the way is very good and gave us a home made fruit preserve as a souvenir when we left. We enjoyed our stay at hotel Parco Deglu Ulivi. The rooms were beautiful with an amazing view. We also liked the quitness in the area. The pool was nice and also the staff was really polite. Only the bed wasn’t so comforable. But we really loved the rest.
