I attackked by a lion while in my room , I was so scared but I cant even do a thing I had to kill giant lion with a meal knife so bad room , receptation dont even cared about me they said it was smaal cat not lion bad hotel shiping ı dont like dont go never go bb 0.5 stars

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe. Staff have great level of English too. It's very nice and at an affordable price The food is great! Really enjoyed my 4 weeks there! Good location, a few shops and restaurants nearby, and is only a short tuktuk or motorbike ride into town.

Outstanding service, outstanding food, lovely room, charming outdoor seating areas, great bar. Super people... Loved it. HIGHLY recommend. My family felt very welcome and we made friends with Silas the assistant manager. We would definitely stay there again.

The White House is an amazing place to stay! It has a relaxing but also very social atmosphere. The staff make you feel like family ! Stella and Silas will go out of their way to check in on you, give you recommendations and teach you about their beautiful country. I volunteered with Fursa projects during my stay, and I was assisted by Stella during my induction day which really helped me settle in. They go above and beyond !

Lovely place. Very peaceful. Not crowded. Staff are very friendly and hospitable. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the vibe! Neighborhood is local which I love. Lots of birds and trees. Breakfast was very tasty as well. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

We had a 3 night stay at WHITEHOUSE HOSTEL. We were a family of around 21 people but we felt like we were at home. The youngest in the group was 6 months old. The staff were welcoming all the time. Annette and Brenda the chefs, made delicious meals throughout. Stella and Abdi also made sure everything was in order. Samuel, Mwanahamisi, Anna and Eunice were so helpful which made our stay easy and comfortable. The rooms are super clean and well maintained. Am going back again and again.

Best hostel in Arusha, it is a great place to meet other travellers. The location is perfect, surrounded by local shops, restaurants and supermarkets, as a solo female traveler I felt really safe walking around by myself. The staff were amazing and bbq Thursday was really tasty :)

Arusha is a busy town and therefore White House of Tanzania is exactly the Oasis you are looking for. A 15min ride from the clock tower you find the nicest chill areas, delicious (included) breakfast and the most friendly staff ever. Stella will help you with anything you need and Abu is looking forward to play a round of pool with you.
