Once again, the Serena Hotel has surprised us for the service and quality of service! We stay in a huge and very comfortable room!!! Without talking about staff education and a beautiful breakfast!!! Large rooms, almost no artificial lighting, public areas are very new and complete, and a wide variety of breakfasts. Due to the small number of people affected by the pandemic, the food ordering service in the pool area takes a long time. Room cleaning will only be carried out on the 01 day of the 3 nights of the 5 nights we requested to stay in the hotel. The parking system adopts a first-come, first-served principle. In peak season, there is no parking space suitable for everyone. The employees are receptive and helpful, which greatly improves the customer's awareness of a good experience.

The service at the pool by the waiters, especially Danilo, deserves a round of applause. The menu has fair prices for different tastes and dishes. Everything very delicious. Don't forget to try the super filling shrimp pastry and the sun-dried meat with cassava. We didn't like the noise from the air conditioning, and the service from the reservations department, staff who were harsh in their responses. Excellent pool. Location note 1000
